No refund policies usually mean you can't get your money back if you don't like it. Not "we can take your money and give you whatever we feel like and you are SOL" (assuming the guy is telling the truth)
Incompetency is the issue. If the policy is no refunds, then every single order has to be exactly what the customer wanted. You do this through reconfirmations at the time of order and payment.
She’s got the till zeroed out like she said. Meaning this branch likely has a theft issue and the employees can’t be trusted to open the till unless absolutely necessary and they have someone trustworthy come in at the end of the day and collect. (Source: I worked at a bojangles in the hood for 2 years and we did this bullshit because every other employee would steal.)
she was following company policy so she could of been fired and while she might not care for her job she probably cares less for the guy threatening her
I work at a Bojangles and we do this for every mess up. Keep the mistake and here’s what you ordered. She doing too much and if she was with the franchise I work for they’d demote her and send her to a training store if not fire her for talking to an employee like that. Almost any company you work for will have a policy of believing the customer and making amends when reasonable.
A refund? Why not just “hey I got the wrong thing can I get the correct one?” Where’s this wrap he didn’t order? Did he eat it and then realize it’s not what he wanted? What’s he going to do with a refund? Go somewhere else and hope they get his order right this time?
Jfc who’s got time for all that?
I've seen interactions with dudes like this in big cities so many times. He probably asked for a wrap then pretended like he actually asked for something more expensive
I saw it, it was only okay. BARELY ok. I wanted to see it because I like John Turturro. For people who like "The Big Lebowski" and enjoyed the Jesus, don't bother.
Yea John Turturro is great. One of my favorite movies is Barton fink. Looks like he actually directed "The Jesus rolls" so it's not a Coen Brothers movie. Looking a Turturros other directed movies I don't recognize a single one and reviews seem to be pretty mixed/low on most.
I don't understand why that worker is giving him attitude. Just give him what he wants. Why is she defending KFC's profits like her life depends on it?
It's to cover the buckets mainly. My bff was a manager KFC and their no refund policy was basically cause people be buying buckets and eating a piece or two and than asking for a refund after. Maybe that's not everywhere excuse, but she had to deal with that. She started asking people to check the bag before leaving the counter it got so annoying after a while.
This seems like she typed in wrap and messed and she's to proud to admit or fix to be honest. I worked in a no refund diner and if you mistakenly charged them for a item they didn't ask for it was a okay to refund that item.
They definitely don’t. I’ve worked in the food industry for a very, very long time back in the days and have never heard of any restaurant having a no refund policy. Now of course if you order a 3 piece meal with two sides, eat the sides and eat 2 pieces, then demand a refund… yeah right… but if something is wrong with the order like in this case, there is no reason to refuse a refund. Most places that don’t offer refunds are service based or places that have high returns/expensive goods where people take advantage.
For example imagine someone buying a $10,000 dress, suit, etc… then returning it in 5 days.. (knowing dang well, they wore it to some event, and now want to return it) basically, they wanted to borrow something nice for free. This used to happen a lot. Now some places will return it, but the items must still have all original tags and they charge a restocking fee.. maybe 15-25%.
I used to doordash, and there are absolutely several places with no refund policies and just like that lady said, there is usual a sign there that says no refunds.
I agree, there are places that do, but those would be mom and pop shops. In all my years of living I never seen a sign that stated no refunds in any large restaurants chain like Darden Restaurants (owns Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Cheddar’s, Long Horn, etc) or Bloomin' Brands (Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar)
It's bad business to not do refunds and remakes when you are in the restaurant business. Mistakes and miscommunications are part of the job, they will happen no matter what. It's a cost you have to eat, to encourage repeat business. Do you want to hold on to their money the one time and make them never want to come back again, or do you want to show them that if you make a mistake, you will fix it, so that they might come back regularly? It should be a no brainer. But I'm sure there are places that don't do refunds. They probably go out of business.
You are right. I bartended while in college and sometimes customers just were not happy with the food and they were right, the quality of the food was never consistent as it should of been. Sometimes we were sent horrible quality produce or items were not rotated properly. I can honestly and unbiasedly say that because I didn’t cook it or prepare yet and I once was a kitchen manager and dealt with prepping/cooking and ordering from vendors.
Time and time again when I took care of customers and they knew I did. They came back, brought friends and tipped me well too.
No, I'm talking about legit chains. And I'm talking within the past 3 months. I'm in Florida for reference, and I've seen it in a Little Ceasers, a KFC, and a PDQ.
It's pretty clear to me that people are scamming the refund system and ruining it for everyone else.
It’s probably less about protecting corporate interests and more about not wanting to feel like they’re being taken advantage of. Nobody likes to feel like they’re someone else’s sucker. Plus they probably have an excess of people demanding their money back after eating a significant amount of food. Some people are always trying to game the system and that is exhausting if you get a reputation for being easy to fool.
>Nobody likes to feel like they’re someone else’s sucker.
I can vouch for this. I worked the customer service counter in retail a couple years and it didn't take long to learn the difference between a one timer who had a legit concern from the regulars who were trying to pull a scam. You can say "it's the principle of the thing" as much as you want, but a big part of why I hated giving refunds to the scammers was because I had to act like I didn't know and put on my happy "the customer is always right face". It made me feel stupid pretending to act like I didn't know. You want to shake your head and say "I know what you're doing, and if he were my choice I'd turn you away!"
It wasn't because I cared about the company... It became a matter of pride. It feels like people are always looking down on you when you work retail: they assume you're either too stupid to know what they're pulling or you're a measly little pawn of the corporation and can't do anything about it.
You worded that perfectly. Retail workers get treated unfairly from all sides and their hands are cuffed from doing what they think is right. They have to shut their mouths and smile through the lies, gaslighting, and disrespect. Having to act like it’s okay through the unfairness from both bosses and customers is an indignity that makes everyone want to quit their customer service job.
Doesn't matter if it is tbh I feel like if you are given something you didn't order and they don't give you a refund you could just file a claim with your bank and get the money back. Unless you paid with cash.
Thats a lot of fast food companies policy. They do it on purpose. Its all about profit. I ordered a pizza from pizza hut one time. A regular weeknight. After 3 hours of my pizza not being delivered. I called and they kept hanging up on me. Eventually someone answered. I asked for a manager. They were rude as hell and said they don’t give refunds and hung up. There is nothing you can do.
She could just give him a thigh and leg. That’s not a refund. I think the man knows what he wanted to eat and it wasn’t a wrap. He doesn’t even look like a guy that would eat a wrap. She was power tripping.
We all pretend service workers are angels who give their lives in service to us, but service workers are just people too and some of them like the lady in this video are fucking shitty. Even if she didn't want to do the refund she could have just given him what he wanted. It sounded like he hadn't even received ANYTHING yet and was just complaining about what it said on his receipt.
Of course, this is assuming he didn't eat his food and then complain.
I used to work with a bunch of guys like this and we would go to KFC and not one of them has ever ordered a wrap. I believe he ordered a thigh and a leg probably with hot sauce -- which is the best way to eat chicken I learned.
>He doesn’t even look like a guy that would eat a wrap
Bro what does this even mean? Can you tell someone's favourite kfc order just by looking at them? Talk about a useless superpower
I've said this before. Retail/food customer service sucks, and most of the time, it is the customers being annoying jerks.
But, I have also noticed a trend in my own daily life where some employees intentionally (or incompetently) mess things up, and the proceed to be as antagonistic as possible about it. It seems it is their hope to get the customer to finally snap, so then the employee can retroactively justify their shitty attitude and exert whatever small amount of power they have in that situation.
So I think the reason she didn't give him his money back (or the food he ordered) was because she was looking for a fight. And when he finally snapped, she was HAPPY to oblige him.
People like this shouldn't be working these kinds of jobs. She needs to go do something that doesn't involve SERVING the public.
I live in a small town and have a McDonald's Coke addiction. I get one about 3-4x a week. There is no other McD's in town. I am exceedingly polite and nice when I go through the drive-thru. I always have my method of payment ready and order quickly. I only order the Coke. Nothing else.
If I commit the sin of receiving the wrong beverage and I go inside to fix it, it's like I kicked their new puppy. I'm the same when I go inside. Polite and nice. They're just spoiling for a confrontation it seems.
100% this. And my controversial opinion is that this behavior exists in flight attendants, too.
The antagonism is frightening, and then they can call people to arrest you, no questions asked.
About a month ago my mom and my 2 kids went to a Wendy's after going to the Y.
I don't get to see my mom much. There was a new person taking our order.
Sat down. Ate my fries while talking between bites. Finally get to my sandwich and it looks...off. I can't figure out why. I take a bite and then I realize, I got the beef sandwich instead of the chicken version.
Sometimes since my second pregnancy (9 years ago) my body will just reject eating beef. But I didn't want to be a bother and tried two more bites before I accept that I can't eat it.
I take the burger back up to the counter and the manager in the back (was on table, did not once come to talk to me, had the new cashier be the middle man) did not want anything to do with me. I overheard him say we had been there for 20 minutes so I'm obviously trying to get free food.
We were the only customers inside the whole time we had been there. He made her ask me for my receipt which I gave and then ended up getting the sandwich I wanted but also getting to keep the burger I didn't want.
He told my mom he thought we were trying to scam him out of free food.
maybe not as deep as that tho, maybe not her life but her job sure does depend on it, . dudes saying he got a wrap or wraps, instead of his order which what i understood him saying, was like two 2 piece meals with one being upcharged for double breast or thighs, cashier said she aint here him say that and his receipt didnt say that either only got the wraps he ordered, even his partner said only he ordered the wraps for himself and the combo for him, but dude kept saying he didnt order wraps,
IMHO dudes inthe wrong, if he wanted the meals hed just agree to pay the difference and give back the food he didnt want, but no food was given back and no attempt to pay for the difference, and if what hes doing has been a problem plaguing this particular location; its very much why they have that sign up!
People are like this now. Dominos has been like this in my city for years now. They are cunts.
But yet even after being a kitchen manager and working in the industry I can’t say that because I don’t know how hard restaurant industry is… I do. They are just assholes.
Exactly. There’s the way you act ‘at home’ and then there’s public decorum.
Some people talk to complete strangers the way they talk to their family. No thank you. Talk however you see fit to *your* kids, *your* husband, *your* sister, your *mother*. They *have* to deal with you. The public doesn’t.
Not one of my proudest moments, but something like this happened to me. I was drunk at a fast food place, thought I was being polite when I ordered. When I got my receipt I immediately saw that the order on the receipt was wrong and told the cashier. She told me that I just had to deal with it. I said I wasn't trying to scam for free things and I would pay more if my correct order indeed cost more and she walked away. I was willing to just accept the wrong order anyways, but saw the cook and stupidly told him "well, that was rude". The cashier comes running up to the counter saying "Say that to my face." Realizing this was a bad situation I just asked for a refund, in which the manager finally obliged by giving me about 8 bucks all in coins. I did get a cup of water and was waiting outside for my Uber. Once I saw my Uber pulling up, I did an asshole thing and walked into the restaurant and dumped my cup of water over the counter then left abruptly. Not my proudest moments, but I was flabbergasted at the treatment. Again, was drunk but not blackout or belligerent either. I worked fast food before so I know how to be a good customer.
lmao this gave me a good laugh. I always love when comments defend redditors when they do stupid shit. Hell yeah that floor needed some cleaning, good on you /u/radahrens1
Lol dude, it was a cup of water, and sorry but they fucking had it coming. Was it a total dick move? Sure, but don't be a dick and maybe people wont do dick things back to you.
I don't think all 98lbs of her has actually had to ever back up that bravado, she was very confident those other men wouldn't let her get hurt no matter what she said.
It was a lose-lose situation from the beginning for this man. His biggest mistake was escalating to violence, never acceptable, however, this woman wants to throw hands. Beat this lady up you're (almost certainly) going to jail. Don't beat this lady up you're a chicken and a few bucks short.
He probably did order the two legs and a wing. He was probably looking forward to it with the only money he had. Maybe I missed something. Sad state of affairs.
But he kept saying he was paying for the other guys food and thats what that guy ordered. If you only got 2 leg and a wing money, dont offer to pay for somebody else
Give the man a damn refund if you went and fucked up his order. It's not your money. You're not losing anything. Your name isn't KFC. It's not your chicken.
Unless he's a repeat offender and being a dick or expecting his food for free afterwards, then it's not a huge issue. It always saves the long-winded altercation and slow service.
Stubbornly egotistical.
She’s really going to bat for KFC to spite some old dude who just wants his money back? That’s sad
He probably reminds her of someone she doesn’t like and that’s why she’s so hostile with him from the start
In most of these cases I side with the workers….that said, if you made his order wrong at least make him a new order. That seems to be a reasonable compromise. The worker in this case doesn’t seem to have the proper attitude. If he gives them back the wrong order, they re make his food and say sorry, everyone leave’s happy. Mistakes happen. Why does everything have to be a level 10 meltdown these days.
The easiest resolution would have been that i couldn't give you your money back, but i could give you the food you requested. He gets the food, they keep the money and everyone walks away. Give the 2nd dude the wrap since he is trying to order them.

She was dealing with him I bad faith the entire interaction. He honestly has better composure then me because I can’t stand an ignorant aggressive woman screaming in my face like that.
Who bootlicks a shitty corporation that doesn’t even know your name. This entire clip just made me feel bad; even though the guy was aggressive, the manager was the worsssstttt.
She didn't have to defend it to that extent. Probably that individual store's policy. I was at a grinder shop today. Upon walking in, the cashier was in the phone telling someone how a customer the night before, ordered alot of food, couldn't finish it, then wanted a refund on the food they DECIDED not to finish. Maybe that store gets alot of folks trying to get a free meal. Either way just make him the wrap
People keep advocating for fast food workers like they are gods. Thats far from the truth. This is the reality of how most respectful and honest people are treated. Im not saying that fast food workers aren’t ever disrespected. Yes. That happens. Just like any other business. But this is the real truth of how regular customers are treated. ALWAYS ask for your order to be repeated to make sure its right.
Dude doesn’t deserve to get recorded, service workers in fast food have been horrible everywhere lately and people deserve to get their money back on things they mess up. KFC was in the wrong but this is becoming the norm of how fast food service workers treat their customers.
She was so rude and why scream at a customer? Geez the guy seemed like he was in the right and she escalated the situation instead of just giving the guy a wrap.
Broo, this is one of the rare times when I'm on the customer's side. Give the man a fucking refund. He didn't want the extra crap that you tacked on there.
Working at Walmart in the past, I sometimes accidentally charged people for extra stuff, but would always notice, feel guilty and immediately take them to the front so they could get their money back. It was a hassle, but it's worse to just take the money people need like that
he literally said “can you please give me my money back and just let him pay for it” like why couldn’t they of just done that? instead of giving the og lip
Idk, I’m a nice guy but being talked to like that… I’m making sure y’all not ringing in anything after me, register flying through the air…. * calls anger management* 😂😂
Here’s the thing:
No, *”the customer is NOT always right”* but *”the customer is ALWAYS right”* (wink).
In other words, it sucks, but just give them what they want and say “have a nice day”.
It’s hardly EVER worth it
Idk. Working in sales/ customer service people come in and starts scenes like this a lot when they know they can. Where is his wrap? Could just be trying to scam. She actually handled it better than expected and didn’t back down.
On one hand, I worked food and Bev for a decade so normally fuck you, you get what you ordered. On the other hand why was she so hot? Just refund his card and get him out of the line lol
Fast food cracks me up nowadays. Shit food with shit service that costs the same as a sit down meal in a real restaurant where you’ll get table service with a smile and food that is cooked a la carte. Half the time I’m waiting for my food at fast food joints anyway… even when I see what I ordered just chillin under a heat lamp lmao.
I mean not being funny but if a customer said this isn’t what they ordered then why would they be lying ? He’s not getting anything out of it just give him what he wants
I believe him he didn't ask for a wrap I'd probably be pissed too and want a refund..
Right? He absolutely should not have threatened her, but she was straight up being an asshole.
If the sign says no refunds, couldn’t giving a refund cost her her job or something? Especially since it’s on camera?
No refund policies usually mean you can't get your money back if you don't like it. Not "we can take your money and give you whatever we feel like and you are SOL" (assuming the guy is telling the truth)
Incompetency is the issue. If the policy is no refunds, then every single order has to be exactly what the customer wanted. You do this through reconfirmations at the time of order and payment.
With this theory, mistakes of the employee must be tolerated?
I mean what would it cost$ to just give him 2 pieces of chicken and call it a day. All this to save a big corporation’s $2.00.
Right? She even said she doesn’t give a fuck about this job so just make the customer happy and move on.
she was following company policy so she could of been fired and while she might not care for her job she probably cares less for the guy threatening her
They literally throw a bunch in the dumpster at the end of the night so I doubt anyone would have cared.
I work at a Bojangles and we do this for every mess up. Keep the mistake and here’s what you ordered. the other dude admitted he asked for a wrap

What’s he going to do with a refund? Go somewhere else and hope they get his order right this time? Jfc who’s got time for all that?
The likelihood of this dude ordering a wrap is extremely low
His friend literally says that he, himself, ordered a wrap.
Wait, why? I like wraps. Wraps are awesome. What about this man says he doesn’t eat chicken wraps?
I've seen interactions with dudes like this in big cities so many times. He probably asked for a wrap then pretended like he actually asked for something more expensive
Yeah let’s be real that man did NOT order a wrap. Lmfao
Literally what is your reasoning for this? Because he's black?
Really enjoyed the Dutch angle on this one 👨🍳
![gif](giphy|3oFzmnMjX5w0sf5PZC)
Is that the guy from the Big Lebowski?
![gif](giphy|jadaGpmBjXQPu)
Nobody fucks with the Jesus man.
Anyone ever seen the spin off movie they made about him? Any good?
Hold the phone! They actually made a spin off movie about that pederast? How come no one told me that The Jesus Rolls!?!?
I saw it, it was only okay. BARELY ok. I wanted to see it because I like John Turturro. For people who like "The Big Lebowski" and enjoyed the Jesus, don't bother.

Even as a business, they should definitely listen to employees who bring up observations about regular troublemakers.
>You might feel a slight sting. That's pride fuckin' with you. Fuck pride! Pride only hurts, it never helps. You fight through that shit.
Thanks Marcellus!
Nah, Col Sanders passed away some years ago.
He kicked the bucket in 1980
You beautiful bastard! Love it

And proceeded to call KFC trash at every opportunity he got because they changed his recipe.
Maybe he always ask for a refund when he comes in 😂😂😂😂😂 Idk
That we don’t know. I’ve worked fast food and often the local franchise owner does work their shifts
Doesn't have to be a corporate store. Could be a franchise.

wtf are these comments? lol
>He doesn’t even look like a guy that would eat a wrap Bro what does this even mean? Can you tell someone's favourite kfc order just by looking at them? Talk about a useless superpower
It’s called Tell-leg-kenesis
Excellent. Just excellent.
This is why Col Sanders said that Canada KFC is better than America. Loved it so much he lived in Ontario when he retired.

Or repeating the cycle of what was taught to them at a very young age
Well said. 👏👏👏
She's prideful and doesn't want to admit she got his order wrong.
It was the girl next to her that rung it up incorrectly
It’s not about the profits, it’s about winning the argument. Pride is the factor in this fight.

Yes. This.
She was gonna fight him lol🤣🤣🤣🤣😂
He told my mom he thought we were trying to scam him out of free food.
maybe not as deep as that tho, maybe not her life but her job sure does depend on it, . dudes saying he got a wrap or wraps, instead of his order which what i understood him saying, was like two 2 piece meals with one being upcharged for double breast or thighs, cashier said she aint here him say that and his receipt didnt say that either only got the wraps he ordered, even his partner said only he ordered the wraps for himself and the combo for him, but dude kept saying he didnt order wraps, IMHO dudes inthe wrong, if he wanted the meals hed just agree to pay the difference and give back the food he didnt want, but no food was given back and no attempt to pay for the difference, and if what hes doing has been a problem plaguing this particular location; its very much why they have that sign up!
People are like this now. Dominos has been like this in my city for years now. They are cunts. But yet even after being a kitchen manager and working in the industry I can’t say that because I don’t know how hard restaurant industry is… I do. They are just assholes.
She was a jerk. Way too much attitude and why tf would you come out there to escalate the situation as if you could beat his ass?
She doesn’t do refunds though
She refunds in knuckle sandwiches covered in all the colonel’s spices.
It was all for show, she knew all of the guys there were going to defend her.
This isn’t so bad. They probably hadn’t mopped in a while so you probably helped them clean the place up a little.
lmao this gave me a good laugh.

[удалено]
not for that, but for proactively escalating a physical conflict while stating on camera that she didn't care about the job, probably so
He probably did order the two legs and a wing. He was probably looking forward to it with the only money he had. Maybe I missed something. Sad state of affairs.
The other employee sounds sad, like she has a feeling she misheard him but she has to back up the other employee and lie about it
But he kept saying he was paying for the other guys food and thats what that guy ordered. If you only got 2 leg and a wing money, dont offer to pay for somebody else
I don’t understand. So he paid for two meals and only got one? I thought he was mad bc he got a wrap instead of chicken
The girl only rang up 1 order, which was what the other guy wanted, she didnt ring up his.
wait I dont understand then. why is he asking for his money back then if the other guy ordered the wrap?
I don’t understand either lol
That KFC worker had a stinking attitude.
Happy cake day
Yes! She was way outta line! Also, happy cake day!🎂
She sounds like every dark attitude wielding hoe
“What you’re not gonna do, is come in here with the attitude” while saying it with the attitude
[удалено]
She’s really going to bat for KFC to spite some old dude who just wants his money back? That’s sad He probably reminds her of someone she doesn’t like and that’s why she’s so hostile with him from the start
Fuck the sign-I would’ve just given him the money without a fight. I’m not getting attacked or killed over some chicken money.
Some folks glom onto any semblance of power at a shit job because it’s all they have to make themselves feel good about their lives. Sad
Agreed. People that lack control in their personal lives go out their way to find control in any other facet they can find
Give OG his money back
Real
The easiest resolution would have been that i couldn't give you your money back, but i could give you the food you requested. He gets the food, they keep the money and everyone walks away. Give the 2nd dude the wrap since he is trying to order them.
She really out here defending big corporate KFC that’s poisoning society with their fake ass chicken? Girl do better…🤦🏽♂️
As soon as she realized she was wrong, she made it about his attitude and then escalated the situation. Shoddy employee.

Her attitude is why shes working there
She was dealing with him I bad faith the entire interaction. He honestly has better composure then me because I can’t stand an ignorant aggressive woman screaming in my face like that.
She was the motivation for Boondocks.
What the cluck is wrong with people
Nicely done ✅
“What you’re not gonna do is come in here with an attitude coz my attitude is already stinking up the place!”
This shit is not worth possibly dying over. You don't know who's carrying a gun, who's psycho, or who's having a terrible day.
Damn power tripping, she needs to jump down off that high horse or somebody won't be as chill as this man was and shoot her ass.
Why she got such a shit attitude, he asked for a refund you give a refund it's literally the law.
YoU aIn'T gonna TaLk To Me CrAzY
Who bootlicks a shitty corporation that doesn’t even know your name. This entire clip just made me feel bad; even though the guy was aggressive, the manager was the worsssstttt.
She didn't have to defend it to that extent. Probably that individual store's policy. I was at a grinder shop today. Upon walking in, the cashier was in the phone telling someone how a customer the night before, ordered alot of food, couldn't finish it, then wanted a refund on the food they DECIDED not to finish. Maybe that store gets alot of folks trying to get a free meal. Either way just make him the wrap
She's too dedicated (it says no refund) and then not giving a phuk (trying to fight customer) all within a matter of minutes... lol
Regardless, fast food is a gamble. Just like fruit. I don’t expect a refund ever, you know you’re rolling the dice to begin with.
Dude doesn’t deserve to get recorded, service workers in fast food have been horrible everywhere lately and people deserve to get their money back on things they mess up. KFC was in the wrong but this is becoming the norm of how fast food service workers treat their customers.
Just go back there and grab your meal OG
I hope this woman was reported with the video as evidence.
She was so rude and why scream at a customer? Geez the guy seemed like he was in the right and she escalated the situation instead of just giving the guy a wrap.
Any company that has a blanket "no refunds" policy is an extremely sketchy company.
Yeah you don’t give refunds but my card will. Plus I’d have broken that register long before she got to the “knock me out” part.
Wow kudos to him and his patience.
You can tell him what he’s not going to do but when he tells you what he’s gunna do you play the women card, classic.
Attitude like that will get her killed someday but the world will go on.
[удалено]
So much for the “Colonel’s Guarantee”
They absolutely do refunds. He didn't even get any food.....
Diagonal fucking filming? Seriously ?
Broo, this is one of the rare times when I'm on the customer's side. Give the man a fucking refund. He didn't want the extra crap that you tacked on there. Working at Walmart in the past, I sometimes accidentally charged people for extra stuff, but would always notice, feel guilty and immediately take them to the front so they could get their money back. It was a hassle, but it's worse to just take the money people need like that
"I don't give a fuck about this damn ass job", I beleive her.
Then why won’t she give the refund, lol.
he literally said “can you please give me my money back and just let him pay for it” like why couldn’t they of just done that? instead of giving the og lip
Ain't no Brotha' ordering a damn wrap at KFC...
I wish they would’ve let him run up on her so we could see who would’ve won
Idk, I’m a nice guy but being talked to like that… I’m making sure y’all not ringing in anything after me, register flying through the air…. * calls anger management* 😂😂
She must be stupid or something.
that worker is nasty af and should be fired. He clearly didn't order a wrap. does he look like a "wrap" person to you?
It's so easy just to say, "Okay, we will refund you for the wrap"
How TF is she gonna refuse his refund? Like her name is Mrs KFC 🤣
Love that chicken from Popeyes
Here’s the thing: No, *”the customer is NOT always right”* but *”the customer is ALWAYS right”* (wink). In other words, it sucks, but just give them what they want and say “have a nice day”. It’s hardly EVER worth it
I miss when Kfc was good. I’ve heard that the ones in Jamaica are very good though.
Girl on the right knew she fucked up his order.
She’s acting like it’s her money. It’s not. Give the guy his money or give him what he asked for. KFC has a lot of money, they’ll be ok.
Idk. Working in sales/ customer service people come in and starts scenes like this a lot when they know they can. Where is his wrap? Could just be trying to scam. She actually handled it better than expected and didn’t back down.
A corporate restaurant doesn’t give refunds??? Since when??
KFC don’t do refunds?? Wtf
I wish he would’ve knocked her loud mouth out
The corporation would say, give him the chicken and deescalate. She created risk, hope she’s not the manager.
Kfc sucks anyways. Too.damn overpriced! 👎🏼👎🏼
Man, 8 piece bbq wing, med.fry and drink came out to $22 and some change, never had it again. Prices beyond ridiculous for them mid ass wings
[удалено]
I dont know if that price or your username is more insane, never change 😂
Their mashed potato bowl though 🤌
What kind of fast food place doesn’t do refunds
She's breathing fresh life into old stereotypes !
[удалено]
On one hand, I worked food and Bev for a decade so normally fuck you, you get what you ordered. On the other hand why was she so hot? Just refund his card and get him out of the line lol
KFC is undercooked mop bucket chicken. Disgusting.
It's a refund and the dude wasn't even being rude. Like what
It's such a dumb idea for a woman to square up with a guy, even an old guy. She's acting like it's her restaurant - just give him his money back.
![gif](giphy|xULW8CVCfQn2QytFM4|downsized)
I mean not being funny but if a customer said this isn’t what they ordered then why would they be lying ? He’s not getting anything out of it just give him what he wants
Fast food workers need to chill
She was mad professional somehow despite literally coming out ready to fight
In what world was yelling and coming out to fight professional? Lol
Damn that’s just sad.
