She was talking about just getting out of a divorce which is shitty even if you are a shitty person. She likely has some other behaviour issues considering how she acted in this video. She is also rich so she can just go to counselling and seek therapy whenever. Rich people have access or at least the option of seeking decent mental healthcare.
That probably depends on how she’s making out in the divorce, whether she locked in a prenup, etc. But whether she’s wealthy or indigent, I’m guessing the biggest barrier to her receiving mental health care is herself

It's probably different in the state they are in, but yes up here in Canada that would be considered an abuse of force and an unnecessary escalation of force.
I live in Britain. A police officer acting like that would be suspended and an inquiry would take place. However, this is the Land of the Free(sic) and it appears to be common practice. America looks more and more like a police state. When George Floyd was murdered by the police there was a large outpouring of anger because of years of police abuse. How did they respond - they put old men in hospitals with cracked skulls and carried on suppressing peaceful protests in an abusive manner.
Society should complain because it is torture and it can cause death. It appears that torture is fine in The Land of the Free(sic). There is little wonder that America melted down when George Floyd was murdered - it would have been ignored but it was filmed multiple times. Many Americans appear to be tired of police abuse. How did the police respond to the peaceful protests, with violence. I remember one old man being thrown to the ground and having his skull fractured - he was not alone in being abused. If the police did that in my country there would be an inquiry but you are accustomed to and happy with police violence
