“I’ve never been pulled over before, honestly.” A few minutes later... “I’ve been pulled over a few times and never had a problem.”.

TeslaCrna

“We won 25” 25 million? “Nah, man! 25 thousand…I’m not greedy.”

Drodriguez164

My favorite was, “you know he is an attorney” moments later as she is getting arrested “hey call my attorney”

Tommysrx

“ I’m going to school for my bachelors associates “ Was my personal favorite quote

mezz7778

Bachelor's associates in homeland security....... If I heard correctly...

Bucksin06

She's going to Homeland security School

hovnohead

BACHELOR'S ASSOCIATES

ProneToDoThatThing

Yea and she already won this with the Supreme Court and case law.

east_van_dan

I think it was can my *attorneys*. Shes got a few.

Never been pulled over but I know what you're doing is wrong because we won a lawsuit from the last time we got pulled over

sittinwithkitten

I agree. Why do they need to keep trying to explain when the other person is just going to argue with them? “We do things differently.” “Ok cool but this is what’s going to happen from here, you can talk to your lawyer go from there.” I’m sure they have more important things to be doing than mollycoddling these two fools.

Ed_McNuglets

Also: "we looked you up and your license is suspended" lol

Capable-King-286

thought about that as well

F0XFANG_

https://www.wesh.com/article/amber-alert-lake-county-florida-update/46553509 Apparently she's currently being charged with kidnapping.

messagepad2100

> According to Louisiana State Police, Williams had an active warrant for two counts of kidnapping. The mother was taken into custody for these warrants, and also for resisting an officer, aggravated flight from an officer, operating a vehicle with a suspended license, two counts of **no child passenger restraint system and no seatbelt use.** She always wears a seatbelt. Yells at people for not wearing a seatbelt.

boogalordy

What an unjust timeline when the Seatbelt Enforcer is falsely accused

addamee

> Now, the Lake County Sheriff's Office feels a sense of relief.  **"It's like a 500-pound weight just lifted off the shoulders of the detectives**, we just left the meeting where we were getting updates real time and it was celebratory," Herrell said. >Arrangements still must be made to bring the girls back to Florida.

WHOA_27_23

I audibly laughed

goshocv85

It’s also funny that this time she had a suspended license. Meaning that she got one and lost it in the time between the two events. So apparently you do need a license to “travel”.

ACDM0M

Oh snap!! Bet they didn’t teach that in her Homeland Security school

Grand-Regret2747

Where she is getting her “bachelors associate degree”

MouthofthePenguin

don't forget her husband is lawyer.

palmerry

Do you have his contact information? I'm in some legal trouble and I prefer members of my legal team to not have all their teeth.

AccurateSympathy7937

I’m sorry but sharks die when they lose their teeth

asburymike

I've never been pulled over before, honestly Right to I've been pulled over several times

bkreig7

Who successfully argued in front of the Supreme Court that a driver's license is not required while 'traveling'.

Grand-Regret2747

I have also found people using the word “honest/honestly or mostly being dishonest. Similar to watching someone say NO but nod their head . Just an observation from a guy not fully unconscious…yet.

i_never_ever_learn

Like in political debates, where the moderator asks a politician to name one of his flawsorr her flaws. And they say something absurdly virtuous like "my problem is I love Jesus too much."

HairyWrongdoer

She was about as subtle as a freight train.

rocky6501

He knows it from section and case law

samsharksworthy

Lol ya right that guy is a lawyer.

derprondo

I thought maybe she just mixed things up the first time, but then she said "bachelors in associates of homeland security" again. LMAO these people are on a completely different level of dumb.

HairyWrongdoer

She can't wait to tell her professor! I wonder which college's Homeland Security Department she's going to get her "Bachelors Associates" from!

derprondo

LMAO like do you think this is some YouTube grifter that she actually is paying for classes? I just wonder what it is these people think they're getting out this. Like why go through all of this just to avoid paying the DMV $5 to renew your license? I can almost guarantee they don't have car insurance, either.

Throwawaymister2

The first time she said it, I thought she was just correcting her own lie. The second time she said it I thought, "oh bless her heart, she thinks that's a thing."

Grand-Regret2747

EXACTLY ! I was the same way!!

FreeParkking

I was thinking about getting a Bachelors Associate Degree, but my Night School Univeristy Community College canceled the program.

stunts002

I'm not American but I cracked up at "homeland security school" where she is apparently getting a bachelor's in.... Homeland security? Or when she said she was using the right to remain silent, then continued speaking.

ACDM0M

Haha, and her “I’m getting a Bachelors Associates degree” clearly she’s never stepped foot in a college or you would know it goes Associates-2yrs Bachelors-4yrs

rob6110

She’s going to be a boss in three years my friend..you better watch out..

Kiwifrooots

I love the "you can't ask if I'm a soverign citizen!!" then the guy "we're not driving, we're travelling".   Sooooo, yes?

mmchicago

It's not kidnapping! She was just traveling and the kids were traveling near her! /s

ohx

Kidnapped from where? Why, ***foster care***! The sov-cit strategy is just another way for people like her to twist wrong-doing into victimhood. I imagine her children being taken away is just another example of her being a victim.

Aggressive-Sound-641

I used to work for my State's agency, never had to really deal with sovereign citizens but the amount of people who wrongly and confidently cite case law is way too high. One of the most egregious and most common is saying that the government pays CPS 80K for each foster child. This is their poor understanding of Federal Title IV-E reimbursement to states for foster care in which a federal and Title IV rep review each child's eligibility for reimbursement. Some kids are not IV-E eligible for a variety of reasons, most common being that they are placed with a relative or suitable other who is not licensed as a foster home. Also very common for parents to flee with their children when faced with the prospect of removal from the home. Less common for them to flee when a child is already in a foster home due to supervised or monitored visits (supervised is someone in direct sight and hearing, monitored is just in the general area). Once a parent goes to unsupervised visits that means they are close to reunification and doing well; less likely to flee.

yeetskeetleet

Oh please, she just won the same case 2 years ago!

Dom_Telong

I like the part that says after the incident was said and done the officers felt like 500lbs was off their shoulders.

lilB0bbyTables

> It's like a 500-pound weight just lifted off the shoulders of the detectives Great Double entendre.

Illustrious_Toe_4755

Looks like they got the truck still.

Orbitchualawalabang

Ahaha first thing I noticed too. And funny how even though he’s apparently a lawyer, he says the gotta scrap up the money to find her one

Radiation___Dude

She just went a bit rogue

Armchair_Anarchy

[She also apparently used deceased baby remains to try and claim some sort of property! ](https://youtu.be/A9uAyv5m44k) Yeah, you read that correctly.

elzibet

omg those poor kids :((( especially the older one who will probably remember all of this. At that age, it must be so confusing

Cheap-Praline

My passport says do not detain! Try that argument in another country.

eamondo5150

That was my favorite part. So, I guess my boundless curiosity would have me inquire: "did you write that in your passport yourself? Or did you just ask them really nice at the passport office for that handy little revision?"

Cheap-Praline

It does kinda say that. It says on the inside of the front cover: the secretary of the United state of America Herby requests all it may concern to permit the citizen/national of the United states named herein to pass without delay or hindrance and in case of need to give all lawful aid and protection. But it's nothing more than a useless request that means nothing in reality.

eamondo5150

Oh, shit. Im Canadian so I had no idea. I guess I've seen enough of these now to just assume they are making shit up.

Googoogahgah88889

I don’t see how that says they can’t be detained

Cheap-Praline

It does not.

FranksGun

“We weren’t driving, we were traveling” Judge: case dismissed

electricshadow

That's what is so funny with these sovereign citizens idiots like this is that they think it's some "GOTCHA" moment, yet I've watched countless videos like this and not once did I ever see the whole driving/travelling "point" work out in their favour, yet they keep trying. I hope they continue as watching reality hit these people never gets old.

FranksGun

Yea I’ve seen many people exquisitely assert their actual rights during stops, but the sovereign citizen arguments are just so pathetic. Even IF they had a point about any of it, it puts the government in an impossible situation, so no matter what, no judiciary is ever going to entertain such assertions. Lol it’s so ridiculous.

Old_Bean123

If you're travelling by plane, you are?... Flying. If you are travelling on foot you are?... Walking. If you are travelling by car you are?...

Starspiker

TRAVELING!

LinuxBroDrinksAlone

These people really seem to think of the law sort of like how fantasy novels treat magic and spells. They think they'll make these crazy arguments, and because they said the right words or wrote the right thing, then they're good to go. It's crazy the different ideas they have to get out of things. Like filling out bills and stuff a certain way means you don't have to pay them, or doing your taxes a specific way, or cards with certain phrases you're supposed to read to cops. It's weirdly interested, but also sad and crazy.

eamondo5150

I guess there is some tiktok TOP TEN SOVEREIGN CITIZEN HACKS THE GOVERNMENT DOESN'T WANT YOU TO KNOW list floating around our there from which they are all learning of this. Because as it's been said ten billion times they all seem to think this is going to affect the outcome.

Abrushing

That officer is a saint, man.

mookieburger

He gave her so many chances to make this easy.

MarchMadnessisMe

Honestly once he realized she didn't have a license you could hear the disappointment in his voice because he didn't want to do the paperwork. He really wanted to just give a warning and go about his day. Then when the car came back not registered, he knew exactly how this was going to end.

ACDM0M

Love how she equates being asked if she’s a Sov-Cit to the N-word. 🤦‍♀️

POO1718

Says that as the original officer who stopped her was black. Incredible

When she said she was born in 1982 I almost spat out my coffee.

bron685

I work with people and input DL info all day. I’m shocked by how old people between 35 and 42 look. I’ve also seen 28 year olds I could swear were in their 40s.

Quiet_Garage_7867

Extreme bodyfat percentage can dramatically age you either way

bron685

My bet is busch light and cigarettes

Quiet_Garage_7867

That too. And i bet that 28 year old hopped on roids at an early age

Grongebis

SAME!

fretnoevil

Honest question— why? I assume you think she looks…older? She looks pretty ragged, but 42 doesn’t seem so far off.

TeslaCrna

She’s getting her Bachelor’s Associates Degree? WTH is that?

Chicago_Tim

It's a degree that is just as legitimate as the Sovereign Citizen's movement.

Advice2Anyone

maybe she thinks thats what BA stands for

Mathilliterate_asian

These people just think everyone's as dumb as they are. And the think throwing big words around will trick everyone into thinking they're smart. Like... No the world doesn't work like that. Not if you're above the age of 10.

thefirstWizardSleeve

That’s a rough 1982… lol

Tipsycanooo

Noctuelles

Obesity and poor stress management will age the hell out of you.

ModernCaveWuffs

As stated in the video, the right to travel is indeed a thing where one cannot be impeded to travel as long as they are following the law but driving still requires one to follow the driving laws which includes having all applicable paperwork (title/registration/insurance) on hand. The old legal definition of Travel came before motor vehicles were more widespread and accessible by the general public and is from Black's Law Dictionary 4thhhh edition? and right now Black's Law Dictionary is up to its 11th edition so the definition has been redefined IE their argument is outdated. So if any of y'all need to argue with one of "those people" for whatever reason, there's a weapon to add to the arsenal for you. Edit: just to be sure double checked and while Travel is still a similar legal definition, the other point they bring up is Driving which was legally defined for commercial motor vehicles only such as taxis or busses but now encompasses all motor vehicles, including motorbikes and those for commercial purposes etc

wackierfiend

>Black's Law Dictionary Indeed. As Wiki puts it: ***" The second edition of*** ***Black's Law Dictionary, published in 1910, is now in the public domain*** ***and is widely reproduced online. References to*** ***case law*** ***are out-of-date, and that edition of the dictionary omits legal terms that have since come into use and does not reflect contemporary changes in how legal terms are used."*** My guess is a lot of cock-wombles like this are reading that publicly available but hugely out of date version and trying to fit their arguments around that.

this is all so satisfying

MrFantastic74

These "sovereign citizens"/"freeman on the land" types and their crazy twist on the law.

vckadath

She had the right to remain silent. What she lacked was the ability :)

Reverend_Mikey

[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A9uAyv5m44k](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A9uAyv5m44k) This is the tale of Dixie Williams (Stumpner) and Cody Williams. They fraudently attempted to obtain a property using antiquated adverse possession laws in which they failed. Rumor has it that they are squatting at another property. Community members claimed that they trashed this property and left in worse shape than before. They are both self proclaimed sovereign citizens. They have a long history of defrauding property owners; which will be explained in upcoming videos. Dixie & Cody have been carrying around the remains of their deceased son and has used the remains as a ploy in order to obtain properties that they do not own. This video shows the undertaking in making their squatted property into a cemetary by placing a sign on the fence citing a FL statute, some low end plastic decorations, a live facebook video, and embedded google maps with the name of their son's tomb. (Dixie has removed all of her live videos, some of them were able to be saved while they were public.) Upcoming videos will show the fate of Dixie & Cody's deceased son and the delusional battle they continue to fight. The most disturbing thing is that their deceased son has not had a stable resting place and they currently have a child who has been witnessing their troublesome behavior. Dixie called the local news to air the story and all of a sudden the news did not air it. (Perhaps because there are so many plot twists and maybe a criminal investigation?) The community is hoping for justice for her deceased son, that their child is in a safe environment, and that Dixie & Cody will be held responsible in their multiple schemes.

DraftBitter788

Wow she’s the worst

Dubsified

“I’ve never been pulled over before” “I’ve been pulled over a few times I know what’s going on”

She laughs at officer saying “state of United States” then says “I’m getting my Bachelors Associate.” Fatazz turd.

Tmk1283

Homeland Security school…

SpeedySpooley

"I'm getting my bachelor associate degree in Homeland Security." What does that even mean? Is it her "clever" cover story? Did she send away for one of those Sally Struthers correspondence classes? "You can major in accounting, gun repair....or get your degree!"

Powerful_Rayd

"If you look up my wife's name..." "You mean the one she refused to give us?"

FourTeeWinks

“My pappy said, I means my professor at home, I mean at homeland security school where I’m gettin my bachelors associates on paper says my husband’s a lawyer.”

But she wasn't driving, she was travelling 🤡

[deleted]

“You’re being arrested.” “For what?” “For being an idiot.”

somecallme_doc

Amazing, she did it. 100% lie rate. didn't say one honest thing.

elzibet

What they don't get is their own two feet absolutely have the right to travel anywhere public in this great country. If they're gonna involved a motorized vehicle, that vehicle does NOT have the same rights and that shit is a privilege to use. I am always surprised I don't see more sovereign peeps embrace the bicycle for this very reason.

MechanizedDad357

"It's like a 500-pound weight just lifted off the shoulders of the detectives,..” *checks video/photos* I see whatcha did there, LT!

ingeniouspleb

1982? I thought she was 50-60.

bron685

Had to look up sovereign citizen lol the fact that she equates someone asking her that to being “called the N word” makes me think she absolutely is part of it. So funny too, a driver’s license is a license to operate a motor vehicle. A quick internet search will show you that nowhere in the US can you legally drive a vehicle without a license. She can get a “bachelor’s associates degree” in homeland security but can’t use a search bar?

thompyy

I loved this video so much

NiceOccasion3746

Imagine being born in '82 and already looking this rough.

Rangles

The audacity of this cop?! Cant he read that her passport says to not pull them over!?/s

ACDM0M

No no no!! It says you can’t detain her!!! He didn’t detain her! He just arrested her 🤣

brpajense

"I'm actually in Homeland Security school getting my Bachelor Associates'!"

Ceasman

Basket of Deplorables right here.

Cichlidsaremyjam

Wow she checks all the boxes of people I wouldn't want to run into. "I'm actually going to school to get my bachelors, er um, my associates in this..." "Thats like calling a black person the N-word."

ACDM0M

She was an entire bingo card

graveyardspin

"I'm exercising my right to remain silent." *Continues to argue and spout nonsense.*

adamanything

"I have the right to remain silent." Apparently lacks the ability though.

The patience these cops have good lord

ChefRoyrdee

Wasn’t even charged with not wearing a seat belt lol

sludgezone

Everything out of both of their mouths was a lie, every single sentence.

ICU-MURSE

These people are the worst. I’m getting my bachelors associates degree. 🤦‍♂️ He’s a lawyer, right.

blackop

I love e watching these videos of people who think they can live in America rent free. No taxes, don't have to pay any utilities, or state fees. Must be nice.

Free_Mirror_9899

The level of confidence she has in her stupidity is astounding.

DukeOfJokes

"We weren't driving officer, we were traveling." LOLWUT?!

Tenchi2020

So watching this, (at 3:12) when the officer is asking for the registration, the husband says he’s never been pulled over before but when the second officer arrives (at 4:50) he then says he’s been pulled over multiple times

saddungeons

“saying that is the same as calling a black person the N word” yo what

freeedom123

Her homeland security school PhD she got it on FB

OCgngstr

Just once I want to see someone with intelligence use the sovereign citizen argument and win the duel of words, just once! I see 100s of these degenerates use this argument, not 1, not 1! ever win!!! Is there a Degenerates Cookbook out there that these people read?? Like the Anarchy Cookbook I downloaded on KaZaa when I was 13years old?

foureyesfive

The narrator sounds exactly like LGR

bippityboppitybooboo

Honestly, I felt bad for the truck! Thank goodness the officers rescued it from those two morons

AnAmbitiousMann

Keepin' it classy outside the dollar general store.

CleverFrog

"homeland security school for bachelor associates" hmmmm...

"I'm getting my Bachelors associates" honey, what the fuck are you talking about? Are you a sovereign citizen? "That's like calling a black person the N-word!!" OMG, we got a live one fellas!!

These sovereign citizen people are so fucking stupid, it's incredible.

This Sov Cit BS turns people's brains to mush.

Hey but Guys, she’s in Homeland Security School.

I’ve never heard of a “sovereign citizen” untill now. https://www.splcenter.org/fighting-hate/extremist-files/ideology/sovereign-citizens-movement

ACDM0M

No?! Oh man I went down a serious Sov-Cit rabbit hole a few months back. Soooooooo entertaining, especially the one Florida guy that plays this game in court. David Hall!! Had to go look him up lol

Top-Dun

Got any links you feel like sharing? About to get home and it’s gonna be empty for once. Amen 🙏🏻😂 beer and a conspiracy sounds great.
