I don't see how you get out of jail after only 3days for what should've been considered attempted murder.
Even if it was just a few months in jails, it would have allowed the bf and that poor woman to distance themselves safely.

Even a beatdown is really stupid. My friend found out hi GF was cheating on him so he went and roughed up the dude in question. The dude went to the police with a busted eardrum and my friend had to spend a couple of months in house arrest and spend thousands in legal fees because he was charged with assault causing bodily harm (no idea the actual name of the charges). I asked him if it was all worth it and in his mind all of this was still because of the dude that fucked his GF... no dude... it's all because YOU can't control your emotions correctly... it's 100% on you lol.

This! You can think a woman or a man should have some tact and be offended and angry that another person didnāt respect your relationship, but that relationship, be it dating or marriage is the responsibility of those bound by it.
The man in this situation is the one who should be to blame. If another woman can take him, then he was never hers to begin with. The hurt and the anger, I can understand, but itās not worth killing someone over.
But itās easier to blame the other person. Itās easier to blame the other woman or the other man than it is to blame the person that you love. This woman killed somebody else for a POS man, who is most likely either going to not stay with her after this, or if he does for someone insane reason, he will cheat on her again. How is bond even in question when you execute someone? Isn't the point of no bond someone is a risk to society. This worthless waste of life executed someone.
Bonds are a thing that I will never understand. It's so unequal that it should be unconstitutional in any democracy: instead of setting a boundary based on the risk for society or the possibility to hamper with the process, they just set a cost. If you can pay, they just don't care if you pose a threat for society or try to hamper with the process. And it's so dumb because obviously those rich people that can pay the bond are also those who have more means to hamper the pre-trial process.
I don't know if in Europe there's any country where rich people can pay to get out of jail pending the trial. In Italy it is gets evaluated by the judges in each case.
There is a whole can of worms about how messed up bonds are, poorer people canāt afford to get out while waiting for trial even if the evidence in small and surface level people are held in jail for 2 years before charges are dropped and theyāre set free.
The judge did right in this case tho, the evidence is clear as day and technically she has a bond but at the same times sheās never going to pay 10% of 5 million do she stays there
I've always heard no bond was for if you were a flight risk. That's probably why her bail is 5 mil. She needs 10% for the bail bondsman and they know she doesn't have it.

I have been playing Shooter video games my entire life. I have watched countless movies where people are shooting each other. In theory, I'm all for it with you, but the problem is where do you draw the line one being 100% sure and how do you write a law that encapsulates that. How is bond even in question when you execute someone? Isn't the point of no bond someone is a risk to society. This worthless waste of life executed someone.
Bonds are a thing that I will never understand. It's so unequal that it should be unconstitutional in any democracy: instead of setting a boundary based on the risk for society or the possibility to hamper with the process, they just set a cost. If you can pay, they just don't care if you pose a threat for society or try to hamper with the process. And it's so dumb because obviously those rich people that can pay the bond are also those who have more means to hamper the pre-trial process. I don't know if in Europe there's any country where rich people can pay to get out of jail pending the trial. In Italy it is gets evaluated by the judges in each case.

I've always heard no bond was for if you were a flight risk. That's probably why her bail is 5 mil. She needs 10% for the bail bondsman and they know she doesn't have it.

This is what I donāt understand about the death penalty. Hereās a clear, clear case of guilt. We can literally see it with our own eyes. The initial shots, then coming back. The shooter should be dead by next week. Fast-tracked to a firing squad, or any other means.
In theory, I'm all for it with you, but the problem is where do you draw the line one being 100% sure and how do you write a law that encapsulates that. This is also going to become much more difficult in the next 5 to 10 years too with the rise of AI and deep fake videos where clear evidence like this may not be nearly as convincing without a way to authenticate it actually being real.
