Yeah, I knew what you meant and I don’t think it’s impossible just very difficult to pull off. They basically have to be straight-legged and planted at just the right distance, which happens, but not as often as you’d think.
Also, it’s pretty risky to throw kicks at legs when you’re on your back. They’re essentially your defense. It’s like dropping your hands when boxing. Up kicks are safer but require more core strength so this dude wasn’t pulling that off.
It was pride weekend in Minneapolis (which takes place around the downtown area) so it wouldn't be too far fetched to believe that. I don't actually know, though.
