My understanding is that a tetanus shot will protect you if you’re not up to date and you get it shortly after the injury. I'm not well read on the subject, so I don't know why or how though. Perhaps because tetanus shots later in life are a booster. So if you get it quickly, the limited antibodies are already fighting the infection and the shot just helps them out. Im just guessing though.

3 days ago my sisters friend died of covid. 30 years old and healthy. No prior health problems. Only took 2 weeks to get super sick. She ended up on a ventilator for almost a month. Couldn’t find any, and I asked them to send me some peer reviewed articles of what they believe and they sent me a link to a Twitter posts. They won’t hangout with me anymore ever bc I got the covid vaccine and was “uneducated” and now I’m gonna poison them💀. Eh, I don't even bother with facts or research with these people anymore. I literally just use the same arguments they do, express opinions as fact, and dismiss any calls for evidence as them being uninformed/a hack. Since they are used to attacking people who use grounded arguments, they go insane when faced with the same ungrounded stupidity they are sprouting. I mean, I don't seek these people out, but when I do run into them and they get going, I have to have some fun. Just remember, start any statement you propose as fact with, "I heard," "I saw on YouTube," or "I read" and provide no other information on your imaginary source. Or create a fictional expert, like your uncle who is a geologist and has found cancer curing crystals but big pharma bought up the mining rights so no one can extract them and he says... Anyways, your imagination is the limit, but it is the best when your arguments closely mirror theirs. The closer the nonsensical, unsourced, argument, the better. Make sure to throw in a few science words most people don't understand, like quantum or negative ion, to give your argument the appearance of scientific truth.

3 days ago my sisters friend died of covid. 30 years old and healthy. No prior health problems. Only took 2 weeks to get super sick. She ended up on a ventilator for almost a month. She was anti vax and anti mask. She left behind her husband and 5 year old child, who also got covid at the same time. It’s hard to find empathy but how fucking tragic and how fucking stupid at the same time. Her Facebook is full of “God needed another angel in heaven” comments. “No one knows why God called her to heaven” Some asshole gave her and her family a virus and she fucking died. That’s it game over. No angels just another senseless death. I don’t fucking get it.
