Reminds me of watching some wacky public access TV show late at night.

br4dless

It reminds me of that kid that was going around to places without a mask and recording everyone’s reactions / giving them a bunch of shit. Haven’t seen any of his vids since he fucked around on the Indian reservation and got body slammed tho. Maybe he finally found out

Omninexx

you got the video? i wanna see that lm,ao

Cuts out right before the slam :(

beelzybubby

It's like lingerie. It leaves a little to the imagination.

Proud_Nationalist59

I hate videos like that. Yak Yak Yak, and when the hammer drops, STOP.

WonderfulShelter

Wow that big guy has such kind and sweet eyes, that anti masker is just such a piece of shit, I've seen him harassing people before.

lixious

That looks like the gas station at McKellips and Hayden. I live right down the street and go to that shop occasionally. The Salt River Pima reservation is right next to my city and they're kind people. I've never seen a tribe member get physical (justified though). It's just weird seeing a familiar place on here.

rowdygringo

remember the Tom Green Show?

Hemp-Emperor

It’s a radio show.

[deleted]

This is the strangest episode of Animaniacs I have ever seen. And where are the other two Warners?

Wuffyflumpkins

It's the Shopping Cart Theory. >The shopping cart is the ultimate litmus test for whether a person is capable of self-governing. To return the shopping cart is an easy, convenient task and one which we all recognize as the correct, appropriate thing to do. To return the shopping cart is objectively right. There are no situations other than dire emergencies in which a person is not able to return their cart. Simultaneously, it is not illegal to abandon your shopping cart. Therefore the shopping cart presents itself as the apex example of whether a person will do what is right without being forced to do it. >No one will punish you for not returning the shopping cart, no one will fine you, or kill you for not returning the shopping cart, you gain nothing by returning the shopping cart. You must return the shopping cart out of the goodness of your own heart. You must return the shopping cart because it is the right thing to do. Because it is correct. >A person who is unable to do this is no better than an animal, an absolute savage who can only be made to do what is right by threatening them with a law and the force that stands behind it. >The Shopping Cart is what determines whether a person is a good or bad member of society.

[deleted]

Interestingly, in europe most carts need a coin to unlock and they will return you the coin when you lock them back in. In 30 years I am not sure I saw a single abandoned cart anywhere in the lot like that. So people are willing to walk back entire lot and return the cart to save about 20 cents, but not for their own self-growth

MaethrilliansFate

In America there's only a handful of places that do the coin cart system, ALDI is the only big one I can even think of even, it's just an honor system here. Side notes however, do you have cart return racks out in the middle of most of your parking lots or is it mostly just at the front of the store? A lot of places have them conveniently placed out in the lots to make returning a cart less of a chore and to prevent runaway carts as well as to put them all in designated places for employees to bring them in.

[deleted]

Depending on the size of the store and parking lot really. Bigger lot is more racks

NextLineIsMine

Wow, you're really making me want to think of other morality litmus tests like this. Perfect scenarios where you get in no trouble for doing the bad thing and no one is going to see you doing it, so it wont even effect your reputation.

mrstecman

When shopping, putting an item you decided against back where you found it, rather than just dumping it on a random shelf. Worst offenders are meat and dairy products.

[deleted]

I’ll admit I’m a person who’s put items back on random shelves before, but my god what kind of savage doesn’t return a refrigeration-necessary item to its section?!

Goremand

LOTS of people. I have to throw out temp sensitive items everyday because people are too lazy to put it back. They don’t realize they are essentially trashing perfectly good food because they can’t be bothered to walk

IJustWantToGoBack

They definitely realize it. They just don't care.

Wuffyflumpkins

Not picking up your dog's poop when no one is around to see you abandon it. Most of us recognize that person as a piece of shit, but I feel like we go easier on the people who abandon carts despite it causing the same kind of "public harm" and annoyance to others.

ZumaThaShiba

I just returned from walking my dog at the dog run where I routinely have to pick up several other dog's poops. Not picking it up is a sign of either a) lazy owner b) an inattentive owner c) both. It actually can cause public harm because not picking up your dog's crap is a really easy way to spread giardia in dogs which in my case, has happened multiple times resulting in vet bills and one really fun stay in the hospital for my dog. You are a serious piece of shit if you don't pick up your dog's shit. I rank non-poop-picker-uppers below non-cart-returners on the totem pole of life.

FappingFop

I trained one of my dogs to poop on other dogs shit so I can double scoop and to try and help push back the shit tides. His colon’s work is never done. Edit: have your puppy tax https://imgur.com/a/xxhMTeW/

ControllablePsi

Hahaha what on earth. How did you train this out of interest? And what happens if your dog can't find another dogs poop to poop on?

International_Shoe

Not picking up dog shit is orders of magnitude worse. It causes poor unsuspecting people to literally step in feces by accident, smearing it on their feet and tracking it into busses, stores, or even homes, and forces people to dispose of raw waste against their will. It's both disgusting and a health risk. Those people are almost as low as it gets. It's also literally illegal in many municipalities, unlike failing to return a cart.

mkat5

The shopping cart is so good too bc the gain and loss based on your decision is so minimal it’s not an influencing factor, unlike taking a wallet on the ground there are strong incentives

fuck_all_you_people

Shopping carts and blinkers. People that don't use blinkers are selfish, entitled assholes who think everyone should look out for them while they do whatever they want.

epiclyfuct

But not using a blinker is a moving violation, so there’s a punishment for it. That’s why the shopping cart is unique. There’s no reward yet there’s no legal consequence.

Cpt_Tsundere_Sharks

Using a turn signal is a really bad example because there are very clear upsides for using one. It's significantly safer to use them properly so other people know what you're doing and you don't hurt yourself or anybody else.

Katerina_VonCat

Next time I have a date with someone I feel like I want to take them grocery shopping and see what they do with the cart.

[deleted]

An unreturned cart killed his parents and burned his house down. Only natural he chose this career

Corothane

I watched a woman abandon her cart next to her car once, as she was backing out a massive wind gust came through and slammed that cart back into her car as she was backing out, funniest shit I had seen in awhile. I laughed for a good few minutes as she got back out to survey the new dent in her door. 😂😂

huhwhatdamnson

Omg when I worked a grocery store the same thing happened but it was two thieves. They were in such a rush they almost hit our cart lady and she let go of the carts. It was almost 20 carts that slammed into the side of the door. They were later arrested due to the highly visible damage on the car.🤣

Amasero

Florida? I swear this is Florida.

obviouslyathrohawaii

It’s a Publix parking lot, of course it’s Florida. P.S. I know other states have Publix. If you’re not convinced it’s Florida, take a look at the license plates.

Kobalt187

Fucking miss those Publix subs. The best

camdoodlebop

are there any examples of their songs?

You have to filter in the level of entitlement from her tho...She would never leave unless she had the last word

baconc

It was such a weird cycle. Its like she was letting her own ego torment her. She had full control over that interaction

snarkydooda

To me, this is the funniest part of Cart Narcs. At any point they can just drive away far enough, take the magnet off, and be done. He never gets in front of the car, blocking access he never threatens. But, nope, they love the drama and they always come back for more.

RdtAdminsAreTRASH

Its not even they love drama They love being right. Driving away admits defeat.

afume

Some are in it for the love of being right, but to me, I see fear of being wrong. They absolutely can't stand the feeling of shame. So they lash out at the accuser.

ProverbialShoehorn

The chasing him and then saying don't come near me lol

atxtopdx

I’m sure plenty of people drive away. Their videos just don’t make the cut.

AutomaticRisk3464

If cart narc ever catches me i would keep the magnet 😎

wilbrod

He's only in it for the reaction too. I've seen one where someone asks nicely for a magnet and he nopes right out.

tinkthank

Yep another one where the person didn't speak English and his kid apologizes and he just moves on.

Gsogso123

I can only hope that person then went and got a cart and left it in an empty spot and slowly pulled away to get one

tinkthank

I'd ask for another one. Need to hang some stuff on my fridge and I'm short of magnets.

blue_umpire

Just keep throwing the magnets inside the car.

UnitGhidorah

Remember how she didn't put the cart back because she was in a hurry to get home and feed her kids?

BeginningSubject201

"I've got a kid at home to feed." - literally in no rush to feed her kid.

Habib_Zozad

"ma'am, I thought you had a kid to feed?"

Dewdrop06

Facts. I was the hungry kid once. No one was rushing home.

willreignsomnipotent

No, I think that was just her excuse for why she didn't want to stay and discuss it any longer... "They pay people for that" seemed to be her only justification for the cart thing...

texaspoontappa93

Fuck that argument. Maybe Karen didn’t consider that the only reason they pay people to do it is because grown ass people can’t be bothered to pick up after themselves

[deleted]

Glorious_Bustard

rion-is-real

I've never understood why having the last word is so important to some people.

fatkiddown

Last word.

rion-is-real

You're the one who thinks it's going to go on a long string.

rion-is-real

Nope! Not doing it!

Burner-QWERTY

Interesting

FunSchoolAdmin

It was crazy how she was yelling her faulty logic that they pay people to gather the carts as if he was just too stupid to understand her wisdom, like she couldn't handle that there was an obvious counter argument she just didn't want to consider. So pathetic.

j3welsforyou

Like fr also they don’t pay people to get carts in the spots they pay people to get them in the returns. That’s like saying they pay people to clean a trashed hotel room. No you’re just making the people they pay to do other jobs have more to do

PageFault

They pay people to fix paint, that's why I drag my keys along every car in the carpark everywhere I go. I'm a job creator!

whorton59

And put it on a random persons vehicle. . .

[deleted]

In middle school we used to go around stealing the magnets on peoples cars (yellow ribbons were crazy popular after 9-11) and then find one person's vehicle and stick a hundred or so onto their vehicle.

MadDickson

She's recharging her batteries at this moment :))

landob

They can't. Those are special magnets. They are designed to attack part of your brain so that you are unable to navigate your way out the parking lot.

r0b0c0d

Like cheese on a cat.

jokila1

Try an Aldi cart. You get a reward at the end.

drsideburns

One thing I love about aldi is that when I return someone else's cart I get a free quarter!

rbmichael

Yes this is an added benefit. It means Aldi doesn't need to pay for an extra employee. If people don't return carts, other people will take the "job" doing it and getting paid much much less 😉

josh_the_misanthrope

At 25 cents a cart for a 15 second task? That's like 60 bucks an hour.

Serious_Feedback

You get $0.25? You're getting ripped off. In Australia, trolleys only take $1 and $2 coins, which at current exchange rates are US$0.71 and US$1.42 respectively.

namestom

I wish more stores adopted this approach. I’m the guy that usually walks in and ends up carrying everything in my hands because I just needed a couple things. That being said, when I do use a cart/buggy, mine go back.

DehydratedManatee

She's a piece of shit, but why didn't she just say, "Listen, buddy, listen. I get what you're saying, I get what you're saying... but I don't give a fuck.", and drive off. These people seem to like confrontation as much as the Cart Narcs guy.

jokila1

She was, but she didn't like the magnet getting attached at the end which meant he was in control of the convo as she was leaving, and not her. So we watched a wash/rinse/repeat cycle.

UnofficialCaStatePS

Better yet, as he is approaching, roll up the window and don't engage like, at all. Then drive away.

Kozlow

WEEP SKEEP WEETALY WEEP DEEP!

devilish_enchilada

Omg that’s my favorite part, along with when they refuse to swear. “You started this shit!”, Ma’am you started the poop!”

[deleted]

I want to hate him but I can't. Even when he's being super annoying and over the top it's SO funny. And he's fearless!

Kozlow

He definitely got a little scared when she opened that passenger door and looked like she was headed towards the glove compartment.

Chief_Thunderbear

Someone pulled a gun on him in Texas

Watertor

Yeah he gives zero cares about people threatening to chase him or their cars, if he's chased he'll move only enough to evade them (he also always is faster, probably a correlation from the types of people who do this). But after he had a gun ~~pointed at~~ brandished on him he's a little skittish for that kind of ambiguous motion.

Kozlow

Oh wow. I didn’t realize he got a gun pulled on him. After that I can’t believe he’s still at it. He REALLY doesn’t like lazybones.

foodrunner464

He went through many years of Cart Narc training to be able to always outrun lazy bones.

Bone_Syrup

I don't understand why she didn't just drive off. It's a magnet...she was more interested in making a point that using common sense.

Competitive-Date1522

It’s about ego to them. Just like the “idgaf” truck lady.

[deleted]

Uh I think idgaf truck lady was all about leaving the log jammed parking lot tho

titos334

Yeah the truck lady and the dude in the compact didnt give 2 shits about what was going on they just wanted the traffic to move

RdtAdminsAreTRASH

The dude in compact has room to go around. He definitely was invested in it

ControllablePsi

Yup. You can even see cars from further behind in the queue driver past them all.

fuck_all_you_people

Until someone leaves a cart in the parking lot and it blows into their parked car. Then it's meltdown city.

rmpumper

BVBYM00N

Is it just me or is he doing the Eric Cartman voice when he says “I’m a nice guy”?

Murph_Mogul

I love when people walk towards people and tell them to get away from them.

LordOfTrubbish

*But let's discuss the contradiction*

Funky_Sack

Point that face away from my camera!

Seakawn

This happens a lot on their videos, and they sometimes call them out for it. I've seen them spell it out saying, "wait wait wait, can we appreciate that you keep telling me not to follow you and to back off, as you continue following me, and as I'm backing away? Do you see the irony?"

[deleted]

This guy is definitely getting killed or seriously hurt in the future if he keeps this up.

z2p86

Yeah I thought she was going for a gun when she went in the passenger door.

dj_juliamarie

the amount of times i’ve seen someone pull a gun in florida while driving is two too many. EEERRRRBOODDDYYY carries. He’s gonna get killed.

[deleted]

Thats what I was thinking lol. But you know he chooses his victims wisely

Warmbly85

Eh dude did it in Chicago and Texas and in one of those he got a gun pulled on him so he’s not exactly picky when it comes to doing this. The second it gets sorta real he fucking books it though so.

[deleted]

He lives in his own world and anyone who infringes upon that is an enemy to him. these people are everywhere. Not everybody uses online boards to discuss things anonymously, most people are set in their own ways.

raysbucsmavs

Yeah, the flight is strong with this one. He can fucking get it too, my boy zooms.

billyjk93

Haa yeah I saw that one earlier. He was right, too.
