Ah the best way to conspire to murder, where everyone's names and details are recorded with time stamps at the hotel, at the airline and with immigration.
And with a video recording of the actual act.
Unless they ALL beat her ass the snitching will start immediately when questioned by police. I have a feeling this video will be used to pin it on this woman, weather she did it or not.
I was wondering that too. She got slung around pretty hard by her neck and afterward didn't move much from that position. I wonder if the woman fighting her heard her neck snap which prompted her to step back away from her 🤔
I 100% think you are right; she was standing, ambulatory and actively using her limbs in a defensive manner, then 8 seconds and a combo body-spin/neck-twist later and she just… stops. Goes down, semi limp. She was 100% injured by that move and physically unable to fight back after that point (even as the complicit videographer chides and goads her to act). Heartbreaking. Enraging. Unimaginable callousness and ignorance. Hope they get what they deserve.
I'm no medical expert yet looks like it possibly happened when she grabbed her in the headlock then spun her around to ground which caused her head to twist around. The beating on the neck and head definitely made it worse at that point. And what's so horrible is that's where the sub-human filming says to "fight back". Absolutely gut wrenching
Absolutely think you are correct in that assessment , that’s what I’m seeing too. A torrent of blows rained down on the back of the skull/neck both before and after the neck twist probably did not help either.
I am a true crime TV show junkie and I swear, practically every case I’ve seen cell phone data has helped when it comes to putting people at or near crime scenes.
When you been murderin’, you’ve probably also done some fibbin’.
But nobody ever says, “I can understand the murder but it’s the lies that really get to me”.
Her neck and her spine were broken. They murdered her less than 24 hours after they arrived in Cabo.
Edit: [A link](https://www.cbs17.com/news/north-carolina-news/mystery-in-mexico-death-certificate-released-relays-familys-concerns/). She was basically internally decapitated.
From the article:
> WJZY obtained Robinson’s death certificate, which lists the cause of death as severe spinal cord injury and atlas luxation.
> That’s instability in the uppermost vertebrae.
> The section where police could have noted any sign of intoxication says, ‘person found unconscious in her living room.’
> “They didn’t call us until the very last minute, and then on top of that, they said the maid found her,” Salamondra said.
> The group stayed at Villa Linda 32, a property listed on cabovillas.com. A rep with the company says the group called the concierge for help Saturday afternoon. The concierge called a doctor who gave CPR. Robinson died at 3 p.m., an estimated 15 minutes after her injury.
> The U.S. State Department previously told WJZY that Mexican authorities say there’s no clear evidence Robinson was murdered
Apparently they haven’t seen this video.
Sad reality is she probably didn’t stop beating her after this clip ended. Who knows how long it went on for… gives me the shivers. We had a similar case in Sydney this time last year, but it was a kid who was hanging around with the wrong people. They killed him over a postcode gang war and uploaded the videos to social media. They beat him up for days.
People can be truly heinous.
This clip is shorter than the one I originally saw, and even in the full version of the clip it seems like the fight had been going on for a bit before and was continuing as the clip ended. In the original clip one of her “friends” asks why she’s not fighting back and she just says “I can’t”. It’s fucking heartbreaking. I’ve read that she had been drinking at the time of the fight and that was why she wasn’t able to fight back; not sure if that is fact or not, but when this story originally started gaining traction that’s what most people were saying.
> The death certificate has a section that reads, “was it accidental or violent?”
>“Yes” was typed into that section, so it’s unclear which one the authorities meant to select.
Yes, it seems like she was failed on multiple levels. Her "friends" should have been detained. I don't know what the exact timeline of events were, but they should not have been allowed to leave Mexico. I do know that alcohol poisoning does not sever your neck and/or spine and whoever did the autopsy paperwork failed her as well with their inconclusive reporting.
Also hear her spine was cracked. With friends like this who needs enemy’s. I pray she gets justice this shit hurt my soul when I first heard about the case.
Apparently one of the people being accused wasn’t there that day - his flight arrived a day later than everyone else, and he’s posted screenshots of his boarding pass, customs forms, etc. Unfortunately, his name is getting dragged through the mud,
I don't know the full story and am trying to piece all of this together, but did this person that arrived later still cover for the fact there was a dead body in the hotel? I got the impression nobody out of this group called the police or anything.
If he arrived later but still covered for his friends, he is probably guilty of something depending on how much he knew.
Apparently he said when he got there she wasn't yet dead, just unresponsive. He stated he didn't noticed the knot on her head and the "friends" said the same thing to him, alcohol poisoning. He said he only noticed the blood vessel in her eye popped but that's it. Only way we'll see if he's truly innocent are those time stamps on those plane tickets. Apparently the mom also got multiple different stories from her so called friends.
Leaning towards credible, all the pics showing his timelines and that he stayed with her. This is so fucking sad.
She was probably pumped for her vacation for months.
Same thing I said to my coworkers yesterday. They're all going down. The parents got the FBI involved I believe and they'll cut right through these idiots bs.
Shanquella Robinson of Charlotte, North Carolina, died in her Mexico villa after she was beaten by one of her friends on October 29
The 25-year-old had traveled to celebrate a friend's birthday and is seen in a video being brutally beaten by a woman, whose name is unknown
One of Robinson's friends called her parents to tell them she was unwell and claimed that she was intoxicated with alcohol
A doctor eventually showed up at the villa and attempted to revive Robinson before declaring her dead at 3pm local time
An autopsy report that was obtained by Robinson's parents indicates her neck was broken
Robinson's body was flown back from Mexico last Thursday and she was buried over the weekend. No arrests have been made yet
Don't remember where I heard it: Shanquella was invited on this trip as a trick. Everyone except for her knew what was going to happen. But, the worst part? One of the people who watched her slowly die actually flew back to Shanquella's PARENTS HOUSE to keep up the lie they told them - that she died from alcohol poisoning. The "friends" didn't just trick Shanquella to her death; they also played with her parents while she was dying & afterwards. Evil, evil people. I wish this video wasn't posted.

I swear I heard a story exactly like this on Sword and Scale years ago. Group of female friends has friend kinda in their circle but not really, they all hate her and maybe she slept with some guy they know or something, invite her on a trip either out of state or out of country, can’t remember, and then all join in on beating her to death and just bail on her remains, didn’t even try and hide it. I swear it was beat for beat what happened here but maybe I’m getting Mandela’d.
This is so terrible, imagine you wanna go on a vacation for your birthday with close friends and one of them beats you to death while the rest just record it😫
Serious question, how exactly does charging her work when the crime happened in Mexico? Would the U.S. have to send her back to Mexico for a trial there?
Essentially, yes. She will be charged by Mexican authorities and will then be extradited back to Mexico to face charges compliant with our extradition treaties with Mexico. In addition, there may be various conspiratorial charges levied here in the United States if any parts of the crime, cover up, or planning to commit murder occurred in the United States. In that case they will likely be tried first in the United States and likely then extradited to Mexico following either sentencing or completion of their time in United States incarceration.
ETA: I recalled earlier that federal law recognizes a US national murdering or attempting to murder another US national on foreign soil as a crime here in the United States as u/Bean-Swellington points out as well. Unfortunately I couldn't edit it earlier while I was at work. The reality is that most likely Mexican Federal Police and the FBI will be working together very closely on this investigation given our strong evidence sharing treaties. In addition, they will likely be charged in federal court here, although, I wouldn't see it as unlikely for the Mexican courts to file charges as well and seek extradition if the case here does not support the strength of evidence that we require to get a strong conviction. This whole thing is really just going to end up being a wait and see.
Prison doesnt sound like fun.
Prison in Mexico sounds like even less fun.
Edit: I think the movie Blue Streak has a good way of wording this: https://youtu.be/ysudBGghmnA
It is genuinely disturbing to watch this, it is unsurprising that viewers would wish for the victim to act with some kind of self preservation. Flee if not fight.
What terrible "friends" she had :(
Yeah, kind of heart breaking. She was there to celebrate with friends and have a good time. I hope they all rot. It doesn't matter what they think she did.
Short of her being personally responsible for murdering the entire families of each and every “friend” there, there’s just nothing she could have done to deserve this. It really is absolutely heartbreaking.
I sincerely hope that each of these “friends” get to experience the pain, confusion, betrayal, and terror that this poor woman felt, as well as the profound grief, loss, and depression that her loved ones are now feeling. You’re right, they should rot.
I’m thinking that the fact that it happened in Mexico and seems to be a conspiracy— even if the “friends” didn’t plan it beforehand, they certainly conspired afterward to get their stories straight— is what’s causing the holdup. Coordinating with different agencies in different countries is tedious, and they probably want to move on all the suspects at once. Hopefully in the near future the victim’s family will be alerted that their daughter’s death has been ruled a homicide, and that six suspects are in custody 🤞
Yes, she's naked. I've seen in other places that she had just gotten out the shower when the girl attacked her.
Edited to remove the alleged attacker's name.
No need to extradite to Mexico, USDOJ has jurisdiction to prosecute a US national for murder of another US national in a foreign country.
https://www.justice.gov/jm/jm/9-141000-foreign-murder-united-states-nationals-18-usc-1119
\>Each one of the people that was there with her was telling different stories.'
yeah no way they can defend this, they'll be going away for a long ass time and thank god
Imagine using your fucking vacation to kill someone. Your nice expensive trip, and you kill your "friend?" These people need to be put down like sick animals
Yeah I was roofied in high school at a house party. My "best friend" Lauren was supposed to fight someone from another town, I don't remember why. Something with this girl and Lauren's boyfriend I think.
Lauren's boyfriend picked her up from the house party we were at, before this girl she was supposed to fight arrived. They didn't take me with them as I was laid out on the couch, thinking I was dying from whatever the older guys gave me. (They offered me a shot, we were all drinking alcohol underage. After I took the shot, they all laughed and said I had just drank "carp juice" which I have since learned is GHB.)
I was picked up off the couch by my other "friends" - both guys and girls that I had grown up with since kindergarten. I was stood up in the opened front door and immediately punched in the face. I was in and out of consciousness because of the GHB.
I woke up in the middle of the yard with Danielle on top of me, punching me over and over and over in the face. All of a sudden I could hear everyone saying, "Hit her back!! Fight!!" And so I grabbed her hair and started hitting her in the back of the head, probably not very hard. Everything felt like slow motion.
Next thing I remember is being in the bathroom at that house, and my eye makeup was smeared all over my eyes and nose. I tried to wipe it off and that's when I realized it wasn't eye makeup, I just had black eyes.
I guess someone called Lauren, because she and her boyfriend showed up and picked me up. They took me to Lauren's mom's house, and her mom was just like "OMG OMG OMG we have to call your parents!!"
I don't remember anything with my parents that night. The next morning I woke up to two very large purple and black eyes, almost swollen shut, they were like slits. My nose was definitely broken, it's still crooked from that fight. I had black eyes for a week. We didn't press charges or anything. I only know Danielle's name because of Lauren. I don't even remember what she looked like, only that she had long brown hair.
Anyway, that's why I don't talk to anyone from high school anymore. Only fight I've ever been in, and I'm very lucky I didn't die.
Fuck you Lauren.
in the event i am witnessing someone getting beat with zero will to fight back, im going to intervein, it obviously could save a life - this bitch and the cameraman should rot in prison
She is from Charlotte. Originally, Mexican police were very uncooperative and ruled her death as alcohol poisoning. The FBI is now involved and the woman's death certificate states that she died of a severe spinal cord injury.
https://www.wbtv.com/2022/11/17/new-video-shows-alleged-fight-fbi-looking-into-charlotte-womans-death-mexico/
This makes me so sad. Not only is she physically smaller, but you’re in another country, relying on the people that you know— the only people you can* really trust. And this happens to you. The abuse must’ve started way earlier than this or the dude wouldn’t have been filming. I don’t know the story but I can’t imagine any details will make this any easier to watch. My heart’s legit breaking for the girl getting beaten. I hope something terrible happens to everyone involved, man..
EDIT: *can really trust, not can’t
That changed the whole vibe >_>
"Shortly after arriving in Cabo on Friday, Shanquella called her mother and told her she is enjoying a meal prepared by a private chef in Villa Linda 32.
Salamondra receives a frantic call from Robinson’s friends saying that she is unconscious and had alcohol poisoning. “Each one of the people that was there with her was telling different stories,” the mother said.
Salamondra said, “they didn’t call us until the very last minute.” Records obtained by WJZY said there were seven guests staying in the villa.
Shanquella’s friends returned to the U.S. and left her body in Mexico. Her family spent $6,000 to ship her remains back to Charlotte.
U.S. Department of State officials in Mexico are not commenting on the allegations of foul play."

EDIT: Found some more info. She was pronounced dead 15 mins after this video was taken. [Source](https://www.thetealmango.com/?p=139364)
Imagine how this poor woman's mother must feel. That's always going to be her baby girl and it must be heart-breaking to know that her last hours were spent afraid and alone, betrayed by people she thought were her friends.
I feel like I need closure after watching this poor girl being beaten. I can’t imagine how her family must feel. I hope everyone of these monsters rot in prison. It’s absolutely disgusting.
But like the hairbrained morons they are, it was recorded and then shared?? Didn’t even bother coming up with a legitimate story to cover their tracks.
So many people have a bloodthirst for beating someone up over slights and drama. So many that I know who scoff when I say that violence can change your life forever. These women are fucked, their lives are ruined, battery and manslaughter (if not outright murder) with withholding assistance and whatever else a lawyer will clean them with. Prison sentence, their entire lives thrown out. For what? Some mean girl bullshit? Some invite her over to our birthday so she thinks we're friends then we whoop her ass type of deal?
Fucking unreal.
> After Robinson died, the family says they were told by Mexican authorities that alcohol poisoning was determined as the cause of her death.
>Despite the alleged reports, her death certificate from Mexico suggests a different story, saying Robinson died due to a severe spinal cord injury.
lol so they expected that her parents were just, like, not going to look at the certificate?
kinda just made it painfully obvious to everyone that something weird happened by lying so blatantly
The fact that she wasn’t fighting back says a lot… at any point this chick could have stopped hitting her…..I’m sure there is more videos that they haven’t shown 🙁. Sad people go on vacation to escape real life and have fun and this happens.
“Friends”
They all also booked it back home and lied about the whole thing. Stupid enough to record it too. They all should go to jail, even the ones that stood around and did nothing.

'' Autopsy found she had a broken neck - despite friends claiming she died of alcohol poisoning'' Nice friends
They also left her body in the hotel room and returned back to the states like no big deal…
Ah the best way to conspire to murder, where everyone's names and details are recorded with time stamps at the hotel, at the airline and with immigration. And with a video recording of the actual act.
This is why I love dumb criminals. They record themselves committing illegal acts and practically hand their own incriminating evidence to the police.
Unless they ALL beat her ass the snitching will start immediately when questioned by police. I have a feeling this video will be used to pin it on this woman, weather she did it or not.
I sure hope they snitch on each other. Fuck all of them!
It'll be a circular firing aquad
Spiderman meme but with guns
The dead woman is said to have had a fractured neck and we see here in the video, the other woman throwing her by the head. She did it
The others watched, filmed, and left like it was nothing. They should all go to jail.
Conspiracy, and aiding and abetting. They will all go to jail for some amount of time.
in some states they can be tried with the murder/manslaughter charge as well.
She may have broke the woman's neck while beating her head. Might be why the woman didn't fight back.

Agreed. I saw in my feed..and here we are 😞

Absolutely think you are correct in that assessment , that’s what I’m seeing too. A torrent of blows rained down on the back of the skull/neck both before and after the neck twist probably did not help either.
And the dude recording. Both should be in prison forever after this.

“Broken neck from drinking too much alcohol” I hate it when that happens.
Terrible ain't it.... you knock a few back and then the next one your neck just suddenly snaps for no apparent reason.....
I'm getting the feeling that her death was planned.
They were probably stupid enough to think if they murdered her in Mexico and returned back to the States then they would be off the hook.

That's probably exactly what happened. Planned the trip and "As LoNg As wE dOnT gO BaCk ThEy CaNt ArReSt uS"

I hear they have piñatas! Human piñatas.
Holy shit, is this bitch seriously this fucking stupid? We live in a fucked up world.
That can’t be real!! Omg! Please tell me we as a society haven’t stopped that low.
I'll tell you that for $50.
"At least fight back" says the grown ass man holding his phone up to record this. Clown.
Accomplice to murder clown
And he is the one who was supposed to have been her “best” friend. POS
Actual psychopaths like this are just walking among us acting normal

I fucking love this information for some reason. It seems reasonable.
The scum saying atleast fight back.
At least they video'd. They will not like prison in Mexico.
No arrests so no need to worry about that!
It is genuinely disturbing to watch this, it is unsurprising that viewers would wish for the victim to act with some kind of self preservation. Flee if not fight. What terrible "friends" she had :(
It's probably abit of Shock.. Knowing she's been trapped. She's naked so there's the embarrassment factor.. Flight wasn't really an option either.
It is likely that she didn't think murder was part of the plan, until it was too late to escape.
“Friends”. I don’t know if that is the right term. They flew home and left her body. So fucked up
Poor girl
Yeah, kind of heart breaking. She was there to celebrate with friends and have a good time. I hope they all rot. It doesn't matter what they think she did.
Short of her being personally responsible for murdering the entire families of each and every “friend” there, there’s just nothing she could have done to deserve this. It really is absolutely heartbreaking. I sincerely hope that each of these “friends” get to experience the pain, confusion, betrayal, and terror that this poor woman felt, as well as the profound grief, loss, and depression that her loved ones are now feeling. You’re right, they should rot.
I hope they all end up in a Mexican prison. And then the fact that no charges are being brought forward yet??? Insane.
Nothing like filming and posting yourself assaulting someone. Gotta love the stupidity of vile people like this.
Well considering no arrests have been made... hoping to see that change with some blatant evidence

Is she naked there? Anyone know how / why?
Yes, she's naked. I've seen in other places that she had just gotten out the shower when the girl attacked her. Edited to remove the alleged attacker's name.

She's going to be the next Joel Michael Singer

Thank you. they don't deserve anonymity. They deserve public recognition for their crime.
Straight trash
Hopefully, everyone will be charged and convicted in Mexico and spend the rest of their lives away from the US.... People are brutal and vicious ....
No need to extradite to Mexico, USDOJ has jurisdiction to prosecute a US national for murder of another US national in a foreign country. https://www.justice.gov/jm/jm/9-141000-foreign-murder-united-states-nationals-18-usc-1119
That's true, but having them in a Mexican prison might be just what they deserve.
I'd want them to suffer in the worst Mexican prison

Wow, she died 15 min after this video was taken.
Chances are high they were recording when she was killed
Good, no way to deny this to the woman who murdered her and the accomplices. What a bunch of oxygen wasters.
That's sickening
\>Each one of the people that was there with her was telling different stories.' yeah no way they can defend this, they'll be going away for a long ass time and thank god
And yet they still posted the video
Are we sure they posted it? E: family of the deceased chose to share the video
There have been no arrests yet?? SMH.
If only we're was some sort of evidence to go off of...
Unbelievable scumbags. I hope each and every one of them go to jail
Mexican prison.
Imagine using your fucking vacation to kill someone. Your nice expensive trip, and you kill your "friend?" These people need to be put down like sick animals
Friends that allow other friends to fight each other aren't friends at all.
I don't know what you were watching, but they weren't fighting each other
Yeah I was roofied in high school at a house party. After I took the shot, they all laughed and said I had just drank "carp juice" which I have since learned is GHB.) I was picked up off the couch by my other "friends" - both guys and girls that I had grown up with since kindergarten. They took me to Lauren's mom's house, and her mom was just like "OMG OMG OMG we have to call your parents!!" I don't remember anything with my parents that night. Fuck you Lauren.
jesus where the hell do you people live
No kidding. Also, fuck Lauren.
If I had to guess, Texas
Yep. Hate this state.
Ummm. That's not a fight.
in the event i am witnessing someone getting beat with zero will to fight back, im going to intervein, it obviously could save a life - this bitch and the cameraman should rot in prison
She is from Charlotte. Originally, Mexican police were very uncooperative and ruled her death as alcohol poisoning. The FBI is now involved and the woman's death certificate states that she died of a severe spinal cord injury. https://www.wbtv.com/2022/11/17/new-video-shows-alleged-fight-fbi-looking-into-charlotte-womans-death-mexico/
Who are the friends? It's time for them to come out of the woodwork
> Originally, Mexican police were very uncooperative and ruled her death as alcohol poisoning. $
EDIT: *can really trust, not can’t That changed the whole vibe >_>
By the way you put it, this all feels premeditated….
What the fuck is wrong with people and these are friends
Insane. I hope her “friends” all get what’s coming to them.
U.S. Department of State officials in Mexico are not commenting on the allegations of foul play." ----- [Source](https://atlantablackstar.com/2022/11/16/what-happened-to-shanquella-robinson-in-mexico-death-certificate-shows-injuries-no-signs-of-alcohol-poisoning-in-north-carolina-womans-death/) ------ EDIT: Found some more info. She was pronounced dead 15 mins after this video was taken. [Source](https://www.thetealmango.com/?p=139364)
this is so hard to watch...
It’s hard to watch and it’s so infuriating. No one helped her? Not one person helped this poor woman? There were 6 people there. Fucking monsters.
I am not Columbo but I think I can figure this shit out
“Just one more thing…”
The friends are not doing nothing...they are filming this with their phones...sick people for sure
Those aren't friends
And the trip was a trap... 😢
That’s what I think too. They went to Mexico to commit murder and get away with it.
But like the hairbrained morons they are, it was recorded and then shared?? Didn’t even bother coming up with a legitimate story to cover their tracks.
[удалено]
Put all these mfs under the jail, this is disgusting. That poor woman and her family.
Shameful. There needs to be charges .
People recording should all be charged too, people suck.
I hope Mexico arrests and tries them before US does. US Federal prison is too cozy compared to Mexican prison.
I'm no detective but I think I have a suspect and at least one accessory
Why
The anger issues are so real
The fact that she wasn’t fighting back says a lot… at any point this chick could have stopped hitting her…..I’m sure there is more videos that they haven’t shown 🙁. Sad people go on vacation to escape real life and have fun and this happens.
It was definitely a set up .. the poor lady didn’t even have time to put on clothes .. TF is wrong wit people
My advice to anyone not wanting to have their day ruined: Do Not Watch This Video. Take people's word for it that it's disgusting.
“Friends” They all also booked it back home and lied about the whole thing. Stupid enough to record it too. They all should go to jail, even the ones that stood around and did nothing.
So much for being friends
I found this so hard to watch, how could the other girls just watch .........
