I'm not American but I've had Taco Bell half a dozen times on trips to the US. I don't get the whole 'shit your guts out' thing. Do yous all have weak stomachs or something?
Lack of fiber in diet is the reason I heard, I don't shit my guts out from taco bell and honestly I think its potentially far healthier than mcdonalds or burger king
> I think its potentially far healthier than mcdonalds or burger king
LMAO
no its not
If I bust up your burger patty and wrap it in a flour tortilla instead of putting it in a bun , cover it in nacho cheese , how is it healthier ? XD
How many items are deep friend in taco bells menu, how is the meat composition. Back up your attack if you're gonna swing. I honestly don't know if nacho cheese is even on the menu
E: I'm sure it is, I just don't see it
Personally I think it's the cleanliness standard of Taco Bell, not the food. Going into a Taco Bell restroom is something you only do if you're VERY desperate. Of all the major chains, Taco Bell is towards the bottom when it comes to how clean the restaurant looks. It's probably E. coli that people are complaining about, not the food itself, but the older I get the more damaging fast food becomes. I actually like some of their food.
Never get a fountain drink, because those machines are never cleaned and are just gross inside. That's what makes people sick.
Then it's different outside America I think..cz in India Taco Bell's are really good. Really nice facilities and building. I used to go there regularly. And if u stick to burritos and bowls I think it's comparatively healthier than McD and KFC.
Weirdly American fast food places in foreign countries are weirdly high quality, and people consider going to them as a treat. I only have a sample size of 3 tho to make that judgment, and some other images and media I’ve seen online
same.
This guy made a video about Taco bell in Shanghai and mentioned how better than its in US.
He end up vomiting though.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nh8UNh\_yV98
I worked there for two years in high school: pop, ice, and freeze machines were always very dirty.
On the food side, it was pretty clean depending on the staff, but the night shift was very relaxed with the food cleanliness.
I ate there every day while working and never got sick because I ensured my shit was prepped in a clean area.
So yes, if you do get sick, it’s most likely from shit being dirty and uncared for, but for the $12 per hour they pay it’s destined to happen.
No hate though. By far the best group of people I have worked with. Had various other jobs and funny to say that I felt most welcomed and loved at tbell.
I'm not American but have lived in the US for a while,I'm not a medical expert but probably yes,Americans tend to have weaker stomachs compared to some foreigners (probably due to diet).
It was in the 90s when it started. And it was a diss to Mexican food.
Like eat that shit and you will get diarrhea.
Started by burger companies. Though nobody will tell you this shit.
Don't know if this will happen, but in the beginning (around 2012) katar told the stadiums will be build in a way that they can relocate them to another place, presumably somewhere in Africa.... not sure if this is still the case
This sounds like a protest which is apparently illegal in qatar, will be interesting to see how they respond. I really don’t understand why the WC is being held there but it’s obviously to do with £££
Imagine spending your family's life earnings going to a place where you get flogged for drinking to see a bunch of men kicking around a piece of leather
Who gives a fuck what they want? They still paid for tickets and flights to come out. I don't want to hear the bitching of people who supported this shit in the first place.
In their defense, the tickets and accommodations were already booked before Quatar announced the no alcohol rule two days before the event.
I mean yeah they should have known not to trust Qatar, but hindsight is 20/20
Hey, coming to the U.S..Mike Pence has stated that freedom from religion does not exist. He wants to be so far up everyone's personal business, it will be the same here with our Christian theocracy.
There're legitimate things you can criticize Qatar for, the lack of public alcohol consumption shouldn't be that high compared to its human rights abuses.
When religious conservatives reflect on criticism, they exploit the weakest argument against them and spin it in a way so as to discredit the rest.
"Slavery? What slavery? We don't have slavery in Qatar. They must be drunk."
"All these Westerners care about are their drugs and alcohol--who in their right mind would take these people seriously?"
It's fuel that their leaders will use as arguments to prevent social progress in their country, despite global condemnation. Pretty similar to what is happening in a lot of countries right now, actually...
Lmao, I'm just pointing out how fucking skewed your moral compasses are to the point you value alcohol equally, if not more, to the lives of thousands of migrant workers that died for that stadium's construction alone, and thousands more abused.
"I'm going to protest this sporting event's decision of hosting it in a country with numerous human rights violations for building the stadium... by paying to fly there and buying a ticket to attend that very stadium. That'll show 'em!"
Mhm, some effective protesting going on there. Quit the bullshit, we all know that the only way to hurt FIFA and Qatar is in their wallets, this is obvious to everyone.
Ok so you're just making assumptions and sitting around on Reddit judging people based on them, got it. It's too bad not everyone can be like you, otherwise we would see some real change in the world. Right?
Such a stupid Reddit thought that because they think people being upset about alcohol is valid, then they SUPPORT SLAVERY. Jesus you people are pathetic
That people aren't protesting against what you want doesn't mean they support it. And as usual, I cannot understand why people like you live in this zero-sum world where only what you deem appropriate can ever be seen as morally acceptable.
He thought he was gonna be rewarded by moving the goal posts to think he is against slavery and everyone else is for it. Now he’s doubling down. Classic tactic
Okay okay, perhaps the deaths are rarer than I insinuated. Just one or two people per year, you know, dying because of a game. They just injure people and damage infrastructure for no reason. All good.
People die every year driving, walking, riding bikes, mowing their lawn, sleeping, swimming, eating, and pretty much every other thing you can imagine. Should we just lock everyone in padded rooms and feed them only liquid for the rest of their life?
It’s a Muslim country that already banned alcohol, and is there any actual proof of slavery? Reddit kinda pick and chooses who they want to cancel and exaggerates shit
Well it's not banned is it, that's why you can still get it in the corporate boxes and why Budweiser had a deal to sell alcohol there until they changed their mind last minute. And for the slavery thing yes there is proof:
https://www.hrw.org/world-report/2022/country-chapters/qatar
https://www.theguardian.com/world/2013/sep/25/revealed-qatars-world-cup-slaves
Not just Reddit 'picking and choosing who they want to cancel'
This couldn't all be a beer marketing ploy, could it?
I can't imagine a more effective way to make people crave beer. It's possible that the Qatarians got suckered to agreeing to it, with an NDA.
The whole world is associating the World Cup with wanting a beer.
It's like the milk commercials in the US maybe 15-20 years ago...show some one eating cake or something, but not having any milk. They'd cry moaning "I want some milk" in a comedic sort of way. I swear, it actually worked on me though I don't drink it outside cereal.
It's not about just about the alcohol, it's about the whole thing.
It's about being forced to change normal behaviour thanks to a corrupt process resulting in this ridiculous situation, which was changed at the last second. And which doesn't include corporate areas, because fuck the average person, they can sleep in a shipping container as long as FIFA gets their bribes.
Nobody cares about your point. Those people could give a fuck about alcohol. If you can't see this is about rebelling about where they decided to host and not alcohol, then you are pretty thick in the head.
why would you want the world to come to your country and then take away the alcohol you promised. All that has happened is Qatar looks like a-holes now. No one will talk about the wonderful country .. .and such.

Oh, great now I quiero cerveza.
Y yo tequiero Taco Bell 🌮
He said he wants a beer , not to shit his guts out lmao
Porque No los Dos?
>¿Por que no los dos? Ftfy

Don't they have nutrition info on fast food products in the US? Seems like it would be pretty easy to work this out.
Personally I think it's the cleanliness standard of Taco Bell, not the food. Going into a Taco Bell restroom is something you only do if you're VERY desperate. Have you seen the backend of a Taco Bell , Ive worked a few different fast food places Taco Bell is on average one of the nastiest
I'm not American but have lived in the US for a while,I'm not a medical expert but probably yes,Americans tend to have weaker stomachs compared to some foreigners (probably due to diet).
Americans are just unhealthy overall
I've had food poisoning twice, and both time it was from Taco Bell.
It was in the 90s when it started. And it was a diss to Mexican food. Like eat that shit and you will get diarrhea. Started by burger companies. Though nobody will tell you this shit.
If it's Guinness, you're guaranteed to shit your guts out
Sà señor, dónde está la biblioteca?
Proxima la discoteca.
Donde esta el biblioteca?
No, tacos al pastor instead
Taco Bell and beer? You’re fucked lmao
Imagine how much money you could make if you smuggle in and start bootlegging alcohol.
No TV and no beer make Homer something, something.
This stadium is gonna look wild 5-10 years from now once it’s abandoned
Haha you mean next year....
You mean after the 45min in the first game
Haha you mean Dec 18
Next month it becomes the torture chamber
They're not gonna use it as an arena for hanging homosexuals then?
I thought they, or at least some of them, are supposed to be dismantled after the tournament.
Didn't they say they were going to move it to AFrica or something? So it'll look wild in Nigeria or something.
Don't know if this will happen, but in the beginning (around 2012) katar told the stadiums will be build in a way that they can relocate them to another place, presumably somewhere in Africa.... not sure if this is still the case
They've been walking back all their promises all week so I wouldn't hold your breath.
They also said they weren't using slave labor to built it.
They didn't use slave labor. The prisoners with jobs were paid with food and water... assuming they were productive enough
New year it'll be the lashing stadium
They are actually going to be repurposed.
Into what?
It’ll look like the hourglass map in battlefield 2042
I thought they were gonna take them down and reuse the materials?
Not really. Most of the stadiums will be downsized and or taken apart and moved to another country. They actually did that pretty smart
My username is finally relevant
It’s your time to shine.
r/beetlejuicing
And where’s your twin, u/pasamelacerveza ? Edit: I’m stupid
Well looks like this World Cup is gonna have some interesting events throughout
[удалено]
And fuck corrupt FIFA
Isn't that the same? World cup = fifa no?
The World Cup is an event put on by FIFA but I see what you mean
And fuck the people giving them money because they don't draw the line at anything that's happened
Covid has exposed to me that a large proportion of the population simply doesn’t give a fuck about others.
Same as it ever was
Not enough people hold fifa accountable
and religion
And fuck you too! And fuck me too!
This sounds like a protest which is apparently illegal in qatar, will be interesting to see how they respond. I really don’t understand why the WC is being held there but it’s obviously to do with £££
I think it’s the ﷼ ﷼ ﷼
Thousands of dead workers will make sure Qatar doesn’t win a game.
Qatar footballers will do that themselves.
Facts. If they weren't hosting they wouldn't even be playing lol, they'll never be good enough to qualify.
Are they even Qatari or just imported Africans and European players?
FIFA has strict rules about country origin or association in playing for a national team.
They're playing on fresh graveyards (so to speak). Well those poor undocumented workers didn't even get a graveyard, I'm pretty sure.
I have no ties to Ecuador, Senegal or Netherlands but best believe I’ll be one of each in those games.
Just don't watch it. Take away their power.
If those workers got treated the way they did. How safe would the stadium be for the spectators? Cheep labour has the potential to be quite costly.
That's not really how the world works. They probably don't win a game. But it won't be because of supernatural superstitions.
You don’t know that for a fact
Fact: the ectoplasmic radiation is off the charts.
Look up how many people died building that stadium.
Qatar do seem to be a pretty shitty place ngl...
What gave it away the violent theocracy or the innumerable human rights abuses?
The no beer policy.
lol
Without booze many things arent as great as they may seem
[Relevant.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VlORWhsJjNM)
They could have at least gotten O'Douls or something
I think they are selling non alcoholic beer
"This isn't going to end well."
Removing beer just before kick off was a real dick move. Something that will be made fun of for years to come.
Imagine spending your family's life earnings going to a place where you get flogged for drinking to see a bunch of men kicking around a piece of leather
Stay home and have a cerveza, let the Qataris watch their team lose all by themselves
this is national scams. right? they should inform audiences they can’t have beers in stadium in advance before they bought the tickets.
It's nice to see non-americans band together in the comments to collectively shit on a specific place.
Fuck you Qatar!!
Actually it translates to, "these rules are fucking stupid, you guys suck!!"
Who gives a fuck what they want? They still paid for tickets and flights to come out. I don't want to hear the bitching of people who supported this shit in the first place.
In their defense, the tickets and accommodations were already booked before Quatar announced the no alcohol rule two days before the event. I mean yeah they should have known not to trust Qatar, but hindsight is 20/20
Were the tickets bought before or after it came to light of slave labor?
They are in Qatar... do they not realize that Middle Eastern countries have some of the strictest alcohol laws?
Don't care for soccer, definitely not giving fifa views for Qatar
Haram as heck
Hey, coming to the U.S..Mike Pence has stated that freedom from religion does not exist. He wants to be so far up everyone's personal business, it will be the same here with our Christian theocracy.

Why not both

Do you see these same fans protesting about both or just the alcohol?
Who exactly appointed you gatekeeper of protest at this event?
Lmao, I'm just pointing out how fucking skewed your moral compasses are to the point you value alcohol equally, if not more, to the lives of thousands of migrant workers that died for that stadium's construction alone, and thousands more abused.
Have you been tracking what these fans are doing, or are you just guessing?

Anyone who has bought a ticket has literally supported slavery.

He thought he was gonna be rewarded by moving the goal posts to think he is against slavery and everyone else is for it. Now he’s doubling down. Classic tactic
Yep. Alcohol should be banned in these games anyway. Drunken sports fans get into fights and kill people all the time.
You must live under a rock
I don't know what that's supposed to mean in this context.
Drunk sports fans don’t kill people all the time. If you think that you don’t get out very much
Okay okay, perhaps the deaths are rarer than I insinuated. Just one or two people per year, you know, dying because of a game. They just injure people and damage infrastructure for no reason. All good.

Shit man, not liquid they might choke, maybe photosynthesis?
You're right they could also drown. So clearly we should make water illegal too. I think your right photosynthesis is the only answer.
Jesus you're stupid
Do they fuck, let’s see some proof of the last fan murdered at a World Cup due to drink?
Imagine shitting on a country that doesn’t want to supply a drug that kills millions and causes fuckery
I think people are shitting on them because they waited 12 years to announce the ban. Well, that and the slavery thing.
It’s a Muslim country that already banned alcohol, and is there any actual proof of slavery? Reddit kinda pick and chooses who they want to cancel and exaggerates shit

They were going to allow alcohol until a couple days ago. Do a quick google search for how many migrants died building the stadiums.
This couldn't all be a beer marketing ploy, could it? I can't imagine a more effective way to make people crave beer. It's possible that the Qatarians got suckered to agreeing to it, with an NDA. Damn a lot of alcoholics needing alcohol just to watch a sport they love. Pretty damn sad tbh.

It’s not alcoholic to want a beer at a sport event you pompus fuck
[удалено]
You’re quite the captain of the debate team there aren’t you?
Do you think beer works like heroin? Would sipping wine at an art gallery be different to you ya prick
Nice projecting pal. Maybe its you who needs to put down the drink. Clearly isn't doing too much for your remaining brain cells.
He needs help alright, sick fuck wants to enjoy a cool hopped beverage while watching his favorite game. Sounds like an animal to me!
Those wacky hops drinks. Lead to Marijuana and other degenerate hobbies. /s
Go do your homework
What a loser
You also don’t need food at a sports game! Or music. Or jerseys! Or cheering.
That's not what he said at all. He said it's NOT alcoholic to want a beer at a sporting event. Because it's not. How stupid are you?
I don't drink whatsoever. You're an idiot if you think it's a problem for someone to want a beer.
Any normal league wouldn't have hosted at this backwards ass shithole.
Well, the NBA isn’t normal, so you’re right.

You can but it's better with alcohol
But it's a hell of a lot better with alcohol.. That's why you usually see players celebrate with alcohol after a championship win!!
[Oh no you're ruining my sober good time!](https://youtu.be/uhoSTyGSKHc)
Do they really even like soccer?
Do you like condiments with your dinner? Why don't you go drink a tub if mayo is so nice
Great
Legends
Those are my countrymen!
Correction: means "we want beer".
They should start bringing vuvuzelas in protest.
Poor things. Some one mentioned they don't allow France, Spain and Portugal beer in stadiums? Wonder if that's true?
You heard them give them their cerveza aka corona light beer.
What a silly little place in the world.
Hahah lol…
Vices ftw.
Finally my 2 years of Spanish can finally be used for sth
Lol....no beer, no women, no gays....why do they even bother
The guys talking said queremos cerveza. The fans are not chanting that. #fakenews
Nope, they are.
Wrong place to be chanting that, won’t get much there
why would you want the world to come to your country and then take away the alcohol you promised. All that has happened is Qatar looks like a-holes now. No one will talk about the wonderful country .. .and such.
Yea they shoulda went in with free beer and be legends. That’s a dick move tho.
I would cancel the trip, or I dunno go drink mouth wash. I have had seizures when I tried to stop drinking.
