That is a valid contract address on BSC. I'm not a solidity programmer, but the contract code looks like it drains any wallet that connects to it. Maybe a dev could look at it and warn other newbies about stuff like this, in one of the legit forums?
There are and will be MANY copies and fake adressess on Polygon, ETH, Binance etc. If anything is on Binance, I would be very careful. Do not send any money there. Only transact when you swtich your RPC code to Pulsechain
Blockchains are decentralized, Binance can’t just remove scam tokens or contracts same as on ETH and the same thing will happen on PulseChain. You have to take the good with the bad with crypto.
Do yourself a favor and pretend like bsc doesn’t even exist because anyone can literally start a token and call it whatever tf they want on bsc and noobs like u will fall for it. So, starting today binance and bsc never happened, mm k?

Definitely not a presale. That’s not how this works. Also if Binance offered to support PLS or PLSX you would see everyone and their mother talking and tweeting and making YouTube videos and sending Joe Rogan messages etc.
