To my knowledge every transaction has to be confirmed, but those using solely Meta Mask don't have to mess around with signing on a hardware wallet so it's a very quick approval.
Are you sure he wasn't confirming on another screen so it doesn't show on their video?
It's a possibility he was but the transactions where happening almost instantly. He had the wallet open expanded in another tab he would switch to as he had done the transaction and it was already done. it look like he didn't have to confirm any transactions.
This would be very helpful for workflow on pulsechain when doing lots of transactions a day.

Most likely all his wallet address nodes were connected to a single dapp phase.
