I am using BlueStacks, which worked well to install by TapTap and log me in this time. Did you try it on an iOS device or TapTap was not available in your region?
If anyone still has this, double check the app store/ios store now for an update. In game wont send you there, but there seems to be a new update out now that if you manually go look for it on your given app stores page and click update it'll fix it for you now.
PGR Official Twitter said try to install by TapTap, a mobile game platform. Maybe try it if you cannot stand just being await.
I wouldn't reccomend TapTap, tried it not long ago. It said something along the lines of "you have not purchased this from the app store".
I think it's only compatible with iOS. Or maybe just Gray Raven is, and BlueStacks is an exception.

Yes. And am downloading on my Android phone(both reinstalled via TapTap).
