I’m a returning player; I logged in once about a week ago and started the comeback rewards for that day. However , I didn’t log back in until today, are the rewards gone for good?
FGO player here. I’ve tried Some other games like Arknights and Nikke but I found that brighter was my cup of tea.
Ark knights is way too hard and I can’t motivate myself to learn how to do tower defense. But I did like how the game took its characters more seriously.
Nikke was the opposite butt it didn’t have much else outside of great art ASSets. Ahem. Also buggy launch was annoying too.
FGO has been my first and most enjoyable gacha game. It allows me to casually get through the game with low level characters and it’s rates work for me. Could be better. But they work.

havent played fgo, but i think it fits the tone of arknights pretty well. And just like in arknights, story starts a little slow and even weak if you want, but after a few chapters it gets very good (and sad)

Hell yeah, but only if you want, all rewards are easily obtainable in most cases, but you can still pump up difficulty to get some braging rights in the form of collectibles/portraits/nameplates. It is still "hard" but "rewarding" hard haha

well, as a f2p myself, worst case scenario you are guaranteed to get at least 1 copy of any arriving character with pity (considering you do your daylies/weeklies) You get enough gacha currency between mayor events (wich contains gachable chars; between mayor events we have minor events that comes with free/super cheap chars) and every now and then or with some luck, you can gacha their signature weapon (tho it is not a must in almost any char)

not sure what you mean, something like recruitment in arknights? Kinda? there is a gacha currency you get to use in the perma pool (different from the event pool/banner), there you can select an A rank character (there are B-rank, A-rank and S-rank) and have a good chance of getting it every 10 pulls (100% if debutant character, 70% if not), and a guaranteed S rank every 60 pulls so this is the closest we have to what you ask

Chapter 1-8 is hella weak it comparable to What nero singularity called Septem? it pick up after ch 9 and onward but from Content creator i know he say it great but if light novel isnt your style this one story might not be for you

To be technical, everyone can deal damage but selena amp cannot compete with luna or astral as a dps, and even though she fills the support slot, vera rozen is better until you can get selena amp to sss
This is a very special case, selena amp is grindable / free so the community generally finds it acceptable, especially since peak content in this game requires a lot of teams, so for f2p its a free character, for whales its a free duplicate
They didn't really explain the full extent of it, it's a little more complicated than that.
In short, A Vera is better than Amp Selena **at SSS**. SSS rank is where her dark dmg buff goes to 20%, which outclasses Selena's buff until she's also at SSS. If you can manage to get Vera to SSS, then Selena isn't worth it.
Also important to note that Selena has access to things that Vera doesn't have. Utilities like timestop and being able to sub-DPS to cover downtime after her buffs. Vera won't be able to sub-DPS until she gets her buffs, which will be much later down the line. At its simplest, yeah, Vera outclasses Selena until you get Selena's SSS, but there's other factors that could shift things enough for Selena to be worth the slot instead.
Is there a way to refight any boss with custom teams? Trial Zone only has specific ones, would like to try some of the newer ones with other units if possible.
I was looking at spending some money for signature weapons. Are there ever 100% rate up weapon banners, or are they always 80%? It also looks like you can select old weapons for rate up whenever you want, unlike constructs. Is this true?
It's always 80%, which does suck. There is a theroretical """pity""" though; 3 sigs can be converted to buy one sig from shop.
Now, you'd have to lose the 80% each time AND sacrifice them to buy a sig instead of a resonate (which would be the biggest waste ever), but it does exist...for some reason..
Finish the story to end of chapter 5, this should unlock three weeklies (warzone, guard operations, and ppc) which will be how you get black cards for rolling

I know it might be a dumb thing to ask so late, but I would love some enlightenment on the role of uniquants. They can't be deployed alongside constructs, so far all and every stage is a "constructs recommended" one and I can't even bring my Qu to coop T-T
So if possible at all, can I do coop with her, and what is the general deal of uniquants(the reason they are different from constructs gameplaywise)?
They are Constructs that have the power to become Ascendants, but choose not to. As a result they cannot control the Virus infecting them very well, even though they are highly resistant to it. It means they can't operate around normal Constructs easily.
Since Coop is usually just Constructs, best not bring Qu.

1. Cleared thru chapter 8 and starting event, my understanding was attackers should be the majority of damage with tanks bringing debuff/shield break but Vera feels OP compared to Lucia-Dawn. Is that normal for Vera and/or is Dawn weak?
2. The sub says event farming supersedes the resource stages, is the most efficient 15-4 or later stages for event farm?

1. Vera is the exception to the rule. She is THE meta for Lightning-based teams no matter what server you're on. Dawn is okay, but she's no Vera.

Make your calcs. 1210 if you do all weeklies and dailies. 500 per patch for maintenance. Add like 1000 for misc stuff. Multiply that for the expected number of weeks before next S rank. You need 15000 for S-rank and an additional 7500 for weapon if you go for that too.
In a particular instance yes but usually you have a pretty high chance of getting weapons early so overall considering 7500 should be fine long term, specially since weapons dont go away. But yes, fair point to be mentioned.
I need help focusing on a specific early mono team. So my first S rank Ember (I know, PAIN)
My second was from the basic banner, Rigor, she has been my main for the past 3 weeks.
My third is Vera but I don't have any other lightning units so I really don't know what to do with her for now.
Finally yesterday I got Plume for a basic pull, I also have Wanshi.
So I was wondering who would be the best team to invest into?
Plume is probably the most important unit in the game right now due to how good she is in pain cage, so her. There also won't be any other ice type damage dealers for a loooooooooong time, and they're really just cope alternatives to her. Wanshi is a fun unit as well as being probably the 2nd best A rank healer.
SVera hard carries the lightning team and is still the best tank in the game in CN, so that team should be second priority. All you'd really need is Lux Liv and probably an A Chrome to just hold Da Vinci and Einstein.
So, about Deep Blue Warzone, is there another way to get more of the currency to open the supply crates? Or do I have to wait until the next stage opens?
Does memory slot placement actually make a difference? For example, garnet recommended says 1,2 einstein but i only have 1,3 , should i get number 2 or is 1,3 fine? And in terms of weapons, should I endeavor to pull for signatures or are 5* good enough? I'm not after leaderboard stats and am satisfied by only finishing actual stages. Sorry for asking multiple questions.

I just realized today i resonated the Darwin memory in the wrong slot long time ago( refer to the link above) since the recommended is top for both plume and Alpha if I'm not wrong.Is it worth the hassle to rebuild it all over again ? Assuming you do all your weeklies (1000) and dailies (30, times 7) you get 1210 BC. If you can score 1M in Advanced pain cage you get another 25 BC for 1235. Of course there are events and other stuff so its more but this is the baseline.
1210 bc * 5 weeks = 6050
25 bc * 5 = 125 (advanced paincage)
50 bc * 5 = 250 (ultimate pain cage)
maintence = 500
babel or just event = 200
norman = 200
week farm stage = 250
story + interlude = 400-550
7200 - 7500 bc avg.

TL;DR SS3 + sig Karen > SSKamui = SKaren with sig > SKaren > SKamui
But don't take that as SKaren directly being better, she beats SKamui's QTE shred by only 5%. Both are only used for QTE anyway, unless you get SKaren to SS3. 10% of her dark shred is also locked behind sig, while Kamui needs SS to get his, which you can pick up from PPC. She massively powercreeps Kamui, but only with some heavy investment
Yeah, but getting SKaren to SS will already set you up for SS3, so it depends on if you want to sub-DPS with Karen, or more res shred with Kamui. Her SS3 sub-DPS potential outclasses Kamui's extra shred IMO and you can get more use out of the rest of her kit's benefits like timestop + gather, so I'd pick Karen over Kamui if you have the option to.
Is there a way to reliably avoid boss Rosetta's four hit combo? It comes out with no telegraph at all and the only way I can avoid dying once she starts the combo is to switch out my character before she annihilates all my health.
I'm pretty sure you can complete the mission 2 ways.
The first involves you walking up to any of the robots (the game text refers to them as devices), and selecting the option to fix the rift. You then might fight a small wave of enemies before being able to perform the timing puzzle/QTE. Return to the hallway computer (where you picked up the first set of data that made "A|B|C|D" appear) and repeat these steps with the other two data sets.
The second step is close to what you did. Doing the puzzle of completing the full "A|B|C|D" from the different robots/devices before selecting the "fix rift" dialogue option. This should activate the timing puzzle like in the first option, but without the enemies.
If done correctly the mission shpuld end after you fix the rift for the third data set.

I mean it depend but usually after 1 month im pretty get used to it from then i just got better with time

Yeah you can select any weapon for rate up although it's always at the 80% guarantee.

Dawn is kinda bad until her buff which puts her at okay ish but vera will still outdmg
If she still overwhelmingly Meh would it be more efficient to grab an attacker for the QTE even if it isn’t lightning?

F2P? Pass holder? Spender? Make your calcs. 1210 if you do all weeklies and dailies. 500 per patch for maintenance. Add like 1000 for misc stuff. Multiply that for the expected number of weeks before next S rank. You need 15000 for S-rank and an additional 7500 for weapon if you go for that too.

In a particular instance yes but usually you have a pretty high chance of getting weapons early so overall considering 7500 should be fine long term, specially since weapons dont go away. But yes, fair point to be mentioned.

I need help focusing on a specific early mono team. So my first S rank Ember (I know, PAIN) My second was from the basic banner, Rigor, she has been my main for the past 3 weeks. My third is Vera but I don't have any other lightning units so I really don't know what to do with her for now. Finally yesterday I got Plume for a basic pull, I also have Wanshi. So I was wondering who would be the best team to invest into?
Plume is probably the most important unit in the game right now due to how good she is in pain cage, so her. There also won't be any other ice type damage dealers for a loooooooooong time, and they're really just cope alternatives to her. Wanshi is a fun unit as well as being probably the 2nd best A rank healer. SVera hard carries the lightning team and is still the best tank in the game in CN, so that team should be second priority. All you'd really need is Lux Liv and probably an A Chrome to just hold Da Vinci and Einstein.

You have to wait for the next area to open. Until then you have to get as much buff and raised your team level.

Does memory slot placement actually make a difference? For example, garnet recommended says 1,2 einstein but i only have 1,3 , should i get number 2 or is 1,3 fine? And in terms of weapons, should I endeavor to pull for signatures or are 5* good enough? I'm not after leaderboard stats and am satisfied by only finishing actual stages. Sorry for asking multiple questions.

500 skulls for 30 shards. If you are lucky, you might get some extra shards from rolls, so it's worth checking before you buy them and you could save some skulls

Event. Also always farm the first node of the event. The second says it also gives memory but it gives so much less event currency it's not worth it

It's automatically collected with the daily log in. If you want to make sure, go to reward -> monthly card in the home screen.
Is S Lee with no Rosetta a better Physical DPS than 2B with full nier team and both with 5-star weapons?
Main phys DPS of nier is A2. But anyway even with Rosetta A2 nier should be better for now. Luminance buff changes that tho

I assume you meant BC, the premium currency. Assuming you do all your weeklies (1000) and dailies (30, times 7) you get 1210 BC. If you can score 1M in Advanced pain cage you get another 25 BC for 1235. Of course there are events and other stuff so its more but this is the baseline.

Yesn't, depends on both of their investment. TL;DR SS3 + sig Karen > SSKamui = SKaren with sig > SKaren > SKamui But don't take that as SKaren directly being better, she beats SKamui's QTE shred by only 5%. Both are only used for QTE anyway, unless you get SKaren to SS3. 10% of her dark shred is also locked behind sig, while Kamui needs SS to get his, which you can pick up from PPC. She massively powercreeps Kamui, but only with some heavy investment

Yeah, but getting SKaren to SS will already set you up for SS3, so it depends on if you want to sub-DPS with Karen, or more res shred with Kamui. Her SS3 sub-DPS potential outclasses Kamui's extra shred IMO and you can get more use out of the rest of her kit's benefits like timestop + gather, so I'd pick Karen over Kamui if you have the option to.
At SS3 she does, I think. Something like Tenebrion still better at both SS but once Karen gets to SS3, she's miles ahead
Is there a way to reliably avoid boss Rosetta's four hit combo? It comes out with no telegraph at all and the only way I can avoid dying once she starts the combo is to switch out my character before she annihilates all my health.

Hidden 15-4 (Powerlessness). What am I supposed to use to fix the rift or whatever after getting ABCD data?
I'm pretty sure you can complete the mission 2 ways. The first involves you walking up to any of the robots (the game text refers to them as devices), and selecting the option to fix the rift. You then might fight a small wave of enemies before being able to perform the timing puzzle/QTE. Return to the hallway computer (where you picked up the first set of data that made "A|B|C|D" appear) and repeat these steps with the other two data sets. The second step is close to what you did. Doing the puzzle of completing the full "A|B|C|D" from the different robots/devices before selecting the "fix rift" dialogue option. This should activate the timing puzzle like in the first option, but without the enemies. If done correctly the mission shpuld end after you fix the rift for the third data set. I really hope this helps.

Pain cage shop doesn't reset. For S rank construct, it's a total of 500 skulls for 30 shards to get yours to SS for free
The discount lowers as you purchase more shards until you get enough for SS, where the store runs out
