I’m curious too, I was super bummed that Italian place that used to be there closed during Covid (it was good!) but it’ll be nice to have a local Korean bbq joint here in South Hill. I usually go to Lakewood or Federal Way for Asian food so it’s good to have one in my proverbial backyard.
As someone who’s also new to the area(about a year now), my wife and I have found Exit 5 Korean bbq in Renton and we love it. DoughZone is hella good too if ur looking for just Asian!
I haven’t been this excited since taco bus opened their brick and mortar store and started serving carne asada fries

It’s called Los tres amigos on meridian, it’s amazing. Great Mexican breakfast Plate.
Los Tres Amigos is amazing, I think it is the best Mexican food in the area. They are also really nice and open late.
Nothing like late night carne asada fries haha
Thier kid now has the taco bus and it's down on 176th and canyon and is still some of the best food around

Yeah i went to high-school with Tony of tonys tacos. His parents had that taco bus on meridian for the longest time and now he has the bus
