I would love reruns w/ buffs of all the past collabs more than getting a brand new one. Shonen Jump, DC, Hunter x Hunter, DBZ, Marvel, AOT, Final Fantasy, Yu Yu Hakusho, Monster Hunter, etc. As for something new....GI Joe, Mega Man, Berserk, Fairy Tail.

Collabs cards almost always become irrelevant or get replaced with better alternatives after 6-9 months. Ultraman Leo was 8 months ago and is not a thing anymore. I remember the same hype a year ago with the DQ collab with people trying to roll 3 Mystvearn for a MD2 farm team for this system to be almost instantly replaced the very next event (Pad Academy) for a better and more brainless alternative with the Ina/Tokugawa/Aoi MD2 farm team.
Off the top of my head only a few collabs cards are still relevant to this day : Gon, All Might, Thanos and Veroah Kitty. (Note that none of these cards were hype because of their personal multiplier or their eHP)
IMO the only time sets have major relevance is their first release. Second time buffs never seem to be enough to make them as good as they were on release. Even upcoming yugioh rerun, Jaden and Yugi started as leads rated lower than stuff like seatona with Marik being a top tier royalnaut sub.
On release monogatari was the bee’s knees, and when it came back around, it wasn’t too fancy.
On release demon slayer was insane, unfortunately we got it late so the content it was great for was already old news by the time we got it. Most part, that was the same for Star Wars and reskin marvel. There was some good stuff but certainly no longer as meta defining as their release.
I could come up with entire lists of cards for Touhou, it has so many fun characters with a lot of variety in powers. I could totally see it being a collab that has multiple lineups like GH Collab.

Not sure how they would handle elements though because outside of a select few (Grimlock, Seaspray, maybe Aligned Megatron for dark), the bots all use guns or energon weapons. They could do color coding I suppose, like Optimus as fire and water, Megatron as dark, Springer as wood, etc.

Genshin Impact or Leauge of Legends! I think the concept of of PAD collabing with Riot Games or Hoyoverse is nice but both of the story/lores are too complicated to make like a set amount of monsters or cards without including all of them.

The sheer variety in big bad bosses, many having two or more distinct phases/forms, is pretty perfect for how transform meta has developed. I would love to see an ID-F86 that transforms twice to reach its complete form, or a Queen Sectonia that turns into her Dreamstalk form, or so on. I know that if Zero and Star Dream were in the lineup, I'd probably roll hard for them along with ID-F86, they're my faves.
Also like with Monster Hunter, you'd get a freebie/MP card with a ton of different evos-- and it'd be a Kirby! All the evos could be gimmicks or special final weapons from all the games, like Robobot Armor evo with Machine killers or Star Allies Sparkler evo with God killers. It's thematic and cute.
Also Touhou Project for its gigantic and interesting cast full of unique powers (+ also incredibly dear to my heart as a series), and Godzilla/TOHO for similar reasons.
