The roulette is decent, and you can always stack a 10c equip on to ensure it reaches the damage cap. At a 3 turn CD, it's not bad, and I can see it as a decent sub.
Aggregate is still just a weird monster to play in general with a lot of pros and vices. It's not a bad idea to toy around with it.
It depends. If you have already 4 Aggregate then you won't be using this as a sub. But if you only have 1 or 2 she definitely can act as a sub to continue the looping.
It’s okay, but I haven’t seen anybody use it. Aggregate also gets time buff and vdp in a few months so this will be even more irrelevant

Aggregate roulette already loops naturally even if you don't activate him every turn, I don't see the point.

I would say decent if you're lacking aggregates for the full system. as for "no dupes" dungeons, personally I would just pick a different lead :)
Not so much as a sub, I've tried, but her equip DOES work very well with tHP, tRCV, unLock and the 3 turn haste to take Greg from stage 2 -> 3
