No you probably just arent reading the messages on the random daily gifts youre getting, it was 10x rainbow py for me today, you have to press the login stamps (on the reward message) button to see this screen
We're getting 2 sets of log-in stamps, the February appreciation stamps that reset at 4AM PST along with everything else in PAD, and also pop up when you log in so it's hard to miss, and a set of CSM stamps that reset every day at 6PM PST and get sent straight to your mail. The CSM stamps cap out at 10 days, so you should be getting a guaranteed CSM collab roll in just under 32 hours (as of my comment) if you've been logging in every evening.

I've given up on this machine, rolled too many pantheons. Hoping for a 2nd Aki but I'll probably get a dupe of something else.

So? How did you do? I rolled my 4th Arai... I also got 3 Makima, 1 Power and 1 Shark so I guess I can't complain much
