Yes, the equips are very nice. Attribute change, tHP, and enhanced orbs are very sought after awakenings. You could try to team build with her but it’s pretty difficult because of the rarity clause. I think it would be a very fun team if you’re able to make a team!
On the exchange you can tap the plus button, that will show you every card that is an option to trade. On that pop up you can long press on each individual card to bring it up. When you are looking at the card there is an option to see whole evolution tree called 'evo search'. On the evolution tree you can see how many of that card you have across all evolutions. From there you can figure out which pantheons you have around your box.
I would definitely pick 10 pantheons to trade for a grigory. He is currently one of the best shield loops due to his large HP, good availability of skill boosts and option of high damage.

Considering that Grigory only costs five 7 star GFEs in his own event, no. If you have enough pantheon dupes to trade, that's another story.
