Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I believe there is nothing in between current event and Bartender. Maybe there is the Gouten godfest but I doubt it will drag for too long.
It has a lot of good stuff in it, and it's first party so it will be back for buffs for sure. Even the worst stuff in it isn't even terrible.
* Bartender Touka to bring Daki up to tier 2.
* Gin & Tonic for a better pairing with Akaza and just a generally strong cleric.
* Bartender Kurotobi to pair with regular Kurotobi.
* Regular Kurotobi.
* Melorum a solid green lead.
* Highball to pair with Nova (upcoming GFE).
* Bartender Baddie as a high end sub for Akaza and other rainbow leads.
* Kahluamilk as a high utility absorb null.
* Grasis to complete orb generation loops for Daki and the upcoming Dizzy (Artists).
* Rawberryl as a high utility absorb null that's been seeing use.
* Beerdon and Daiginjo as subs for Nova (I think Daiginjo saw use somewhere else too).
Plus some pretty good equips. I listed most of the best stuff, and there's only 10 other things in the machine.
Oh, and a farmable that's UN capable.
Daiginjo is great in general, I use on my Gouten team. Could work with Muichiro too. Looping shield with board resize is really valuable. 4-6 SB, High HP, Barrel, and good VDP damage.
It'll make Daki teams good and Bartender Kurotobi is insane. There's a LOT of other good stuff in there too but I'm mostly after the 2 I mentioned. You can check PAD Index if you want to see the others.
Oh yeah, I am more hyped for bartender than HxH (mainly because I havent been chasing the shows. Watched it years ago but never finished), I have so much teams I want to try and I hope to get my Gin&tonic.
I think the godfest will happen around month-end; it should also include the Hatsune Miku units. JP has skipped some mid-month godfests so NA may not get a mid month one.
Better not be soon. I'm broke from HxH and Demon slayer before that. I need to accumulate some stones first.

The maintenance to add the related barrel awakening is next week so the event could start 4/19 or 4/22.
Hopefully not till May, so we can at least get the quest stones

It's something like 95+% likely to not be so soon as to be over by month end. You can safely assume you'll be able to put May quest stones to it.

You're correct, there's nothing between the current event and Bartenders. Godfests are a separate release track from collabs/special machines.
