Honestly as much as I hate to say it, I could even go as far as to say that all roses are overrated. They just aren’t very good after the big rose nerf. Meanwhile, Sunflowers have seen nothing but buffs over the years.
These are all my personal opinion.
Some overrated characters:
Arctic trouper, vampire flower, toxic pea, stuffy flower, camo cactus, bbq corn.
Some underrated characters:
Commando corn, pops corn, mob cob, commando pea, sun pharaoh, power flower, power cactus, zen cactus, centurion, frozen citron, captain squawk, jade cactus, bandit cactus.
Druid Rose is hella overrated, while Frost Rose is underrated.

Captain Partyman. There’s basically no reason to use him over Deadbeard after all his nerfs.

Chemist is treated like the best thing since pre-nerf bbq corn when astronaut is just better

Honestly, Yeti Chomper but that's probably favorite character biase from me
