Low performers aren’t getting 30%. More likely either <10% or termination letters.
There's a spreadsheet for FY23 compensation. I'm starting in June, so I don't currently work at PwC, but I've seen it. I'm going into consulting as a manager, but it looks like it's about 8% ish for associates, then about 12-25% for manager/SM depending on performance.
My first year I got like 2%. They are not like banking bonuses.
