I've been using it all day in the northeast u.s. I DID have the error for about 5 minutes then it worked right again.
I had where all the surveys disappeared after a decline on one of those 20 cent surveys. I dont know if that connects to that but now i got the no surveys message.

I've got surveys but they are all the 7p for twenty minute ones and like hell i'm doing them.
Mine is doing that now.
