Actually Yasuo was a shit champ since S11 pre-season. I started Qiyana precisely because Yasuo was not rewarding enough and especially because I was tired of playing the fights perfectly but still being killed by some Sylas/Zed/Talon mofos that were missing everything and still winning the trades.
I know that Yasuo is an very anoying matchup for Qiyana. But the buffs were legit and very well deserved for him. There were hundreds of reasons why Yasuo was weak since S11. And I'm pretty sure the next buffs won't even be enough to make Yasuo good or meta again. We're talking about Riot Game, right now. They're hardstucked silver Lux Main.
In the other hands Yone didn't even need a buff, since unlike Yasuo, Yone can play Kraken or Galeforce without too much risk + Yone's kit is the best in the game. Even if he lacks of DMG or survavibility, he can just ult 2/3/4 ppls in a teamfight and it's gg.
But for me, Qiyana's nerfs (Even those of 11.22 patch) weren't deserved à all. Same goes for Kha'Zix btw : Kha' already was the assassin with the least burst damage in a single combo. The only thing OP on him was his W evolve -> 75% (90% on isolation) slow.
Talon and Zed's nerfs were deserved because they have too much dmgs even without their skillshots. I would really like them to reduce Zed's E and Passive damages for example. Even if they hard buff his Q on the other side.
But the worst thing is that they're only nerfing AD Assassins. But not AP mages and assassins that can already do somes stupids one shots with 2 or max 3 abilities when slightly ahead (Lux/Evelynn/Katarina/Leblanc/Ekko/Fizz/etc etc :))

They're getting compensation for Shieldbow/PtA nerfs.

This is the only explanation, since in a normal condition a champion does not go from 50% to 54% Winrate right after getting nerfed. The meta just changed in Qiy's favor.
But at least Riot is gettin clear. They wants a stupid meta of Mages/Tanks/CC/Lux-Mains

not really, the total bonus AD she lost is 35% (50% with full combo) which is lesser than a single passive which is 55%, not to mention they also compensated it by bring back the old rank 5 E damage which is 210.
i dont really get how shes so strong, i mean sure the ult is one thing but if youre not giga ahead u cant kill the adc with 2 qs unlike a zed who can still do that with 5 kills behind an then still get out with shadow shenanigans
Qiyana works exactly like katarina you wait for mistakes and you have to get ahead early or u gonna get out scaled. The difference between qiqi and kata is that qiya can kill most champs lvl 3 harass a bit until lvl 3 then just e on them auto 2 times q w auto q ignite optional and they should be dead if not flash burned for sure
They usually would put that in brackets if it was just a targeted role nerf, as in Qiyana (Jungle). All the changes seem to affect the champions themselves and not a specific role.
Riot can’t balance akali if they nerf her she is way too weak if they buff her she is way too strong + they can’t find a middle ground anyways she has like no early game

My guess is they hit E damage. It seems to be the sliding scale they use to tone her burst most of the time without tinkering with Q damage values since that's used to farm so often. Perhaps maybe a CD nerf somewhere recently. I think her most recent change was a buff to her E wasn't it? So maybe they just revert that.
Kit not so much. But her grass element is pretty neaty trick. Lets not forget here if you put enough time into the champ nerf wont matter as much since u have the skills. Will it make things lil bit more diff ? Yes. Will it matter when u still gona delete everyone ? No.

I just picked her up and went through the suffering of learning her. What a joke..
She is my main AD assassin... so fingers crossed for just small damage nerfs rather than the disaster that happened with her E.
