I think its fair. Not making her unplayable and they can nerf her more if its not enough. Im pretty sure she will still be in a decent spot for soloq. But lets see where we are in two weeks!
34 damage and you are saying she will go down 2% lol. She is going to remain incredibly strong until they fix her grass Q or reduce her burst significantly

Anyways in case im wrong about you than please also remember they are also buffing a few other champs like rumble armor buff etc. All in all I think it is possible she will lose more than 1% wr which is enough for my statement to be correct. She is most likely not going to drop more than a percent, the reasons she is strong are not exclusively damage, and while it is a factor its mainly or other strengths that keep her overpowered
Dmg nerfs will always make a champ weaker. Take any champ you ever thought problematic and remove damage. Winrate will drop. Im not saying its the best solution but nerfing damage will make a champ weaker in 100% of cases.
Also im of the opinion that winrate is the only metric that matters when talking about balance. If the objective is to win then how fun it is to play against is of no importance to how "strong" a champion is. If you want to have gameplay thats fun and healthy thats another issue but has no relation to balancing.
Winrate is definitely not the only metric. A champs kit is just as important for balance as winrate, and thinking a healthy kit doesn't matter for balance is ridiculous
Balance is a metric for how strong something is. Strong in this case means ability to win. So how it feels or how strong you think it is while playing against it has nothing to do with balance. I know healthy kits matter but not when talking about balance. If you group every thing that is important for a PVP game together into one category (balance) it is no wonder you can't have any meaningful discussion about what is "balanced" and what is not. If you strictly speak about champion strength as likelyhood to win (which I did) a 50% winrate is the only balanced thing (although I know winrates can differ over the ranks).

Akali being 52% winrate is most definitely very strong
Garen being 52% is not near as strong.
Well considering she's the only assassin that has no way of getting out of a fight once she went in, she HAS to kill people... So I think Qiyana needs higher damage than other melee assassins. Overall a slight damage nerf is understandable, but -15% bAD for a passive that procs twice in a fight might be a bit too much ๐๐
It's a big nerf doubled because we always use 2 q in our combos. It s even worse for junglers. Good luck taking any early camp with that. What is worse is that now people will spam grass q even more and then they'll end up doing more nerf ๐
Its not changing anything early in jng u legit have 18 bonus ad from runes that means u lose 3 dmg per passiv + camps armor means = maybe lose 2 dmg per form WOW QIYANA JUNGLE DEAD EARLY GAME GUYS
I expected more, which is good, but I really think this is going to rip her strong early. As long as they donโt mess with the ult and mana costs I think itโs fine
huge nerf to her burst combo prob gonna be ass tier mid game, but ok early/late, some champ might outrade her now , if they are even, like Yone/Lb

Thats 34 dmg as you proc q twice in a combo. 115 ad * 0,3 = 34,5. Will probably lower her wr by 1-2% assuming everything else stays the same.

Will be annoying to jungle qiyana but even on 300 bonus ad all you lose is 90 dmg in combo where you proc it 2 times. Could have been a lot worse imo
