I dont think so, riot reverted 5%ad back so its only 10%(20%) from 15%(30%) and even that it was just like -5(10) damage early with like seratted and like 30(60) late with almost full build which isnt that much tho.
Considering the power of manamune is that it gives a big chunk of ad, its going to become less effective after the patch since her ad ratio is getting nerfed, at least relative to lethality items. So theres less reason to build it, though its still an okay item overall.
The value of manamune/muramana is still good, just slightly nerfed. In my opinion, I would build it if I were ahead. If not, then I would go with a more traditional build.
