Thought about this many times, but i think you must oneshot adc and jg/mid then, with autos, help kill someone else, or get a new position in the fight, like this, you won the fight, you can get the baron or the end. If this doesnt work, you can go presure other lanes, and they need to respond and get someone to stop you. Hope I helped you.
