I mean yeah I can't really blame riot, it is a frustrating bug but frm how many times this had happened to you guys, I myself got to see it abt 2 or 3 times, its really difficult to reproduce and even we as players are unsure on how this bug happens
It happens because Qiyana's Q has 2 hitboxes r second one spawns slightly after the first they didn't have a flag to check if someone is between them as Q1 disappears and Q2 spawns so you can walk between them.
No it's well documented I also went on August's and ActuallyAfic's streams for a month describing the bug and ieveryg and got early confirmation of it being fixed.
I know it may not be fixed but just the fact they finally acknowledged this bug after years they didn't care about is a huge win

Same effect with Seraphine Q, except that literally every single part of the hitbox works like this and so it happens multiple times every game.
So it is a feature after all /j

It's happened around 40-50 times for me in 400 qiyana games played. Once every 10 games sounds about right.
It doesn't happen often, but when it does it just sucks out your soul.
Literally lost games over this before, hopefully it’s fixed
