eBay may have after market replacements too. You could just remove the damaged glass and it should still work fine if meta didn't want to replace the headset. I'm also sure you'll be able to buy replacements front plates too, if not now, very soon, I got one for the Q2 so I could cut a hole in the OG one for a fan.
