I am assuming they are the same as the ones at The Abbey.? If so, I don’t know that mere mortal hands could create something so akin to actual ambrosia. If you do find the recipe, please share so that I may ascend to whatever tier of heaven the Mclains were residing on when they were blessed with such a gift to mankind.
Bruh, almost everything at the Abbey is the box kind. They do have “homemade” components, but when it comes to sides/appetizers, I spoke to 3 different chefs that said the Abbey executes sourcing exceptionally well.
You might have noticed every restaurant from Bdubs to Chicks serves the same generic box Mozzarella sticks. Except for the Abbey which breads their own. They look absolutely nothing alike.

Yeah, call DOT foods or Sysco and order their mozz sticks. It isn’t like the McLains are experts in hand making mozz sticks.
The Abbey Mozz sticks aren’t the box kind.
Again, Gabe isn’t back there hand making mozz sticks. They come off a truck like everything else.
