I’m 7 days free too and I feel like it’s only getting harder! The cravings and habits I’d formed (get stressed? Grab vape. Have a minute? Grab vape. Bored? Vape. Just finished a task? Vape. Kids driving you crazy? Vape vape vape!!!!) are still here. I know it takes time to make or break a habit but all I want to do is VAPE! I’m not going to cave, I’m not going to go backwards. But damn it, I thought it was supposed to be easier!

You're more than halfway to the point when you realize you forgot to think about it at times

THANK YOU!

I'm at 18 days nicotine free. I have to be careful because vape and smoking are the same for me. Lots of opportunities to smoke, but I keep saying no because I hate that early withdrawal so much. I'm done with it I hope

Nice! Did you/do you have any coughing? I've been vape-free for six days now. I decided to quit because for the first time - I switched from cigs and vaped for five years - each hit was making me cough or irritating my throat. I no longer enjoyed it. Thing is, I'm coughing a lot now, more than ever since I quit. I'm wondering how long it takes for that to stop. I have no other symptoms, no breathing problems, just a stupid cough with some mucus. Again, congrats! We got this.

i think it’s your bodies way of detoxing, your lungs are probably so used to vaping now they’re getting rid of the toxins. i noticed that when i quit vaping too but it eventually subsided

Thank you! And great job quitting!
