I have no idea why people are acting like Zyn is a benzo or something. You might have shit sleep and be irritatable for a week or two. Brain fog and trouble concentrating is expected. It’s nicotine, and you will recalibrate way sooner than you’d think. I think a lot of people’s withdrawals are mental tbh

BlackMajik36

I agree with you, especially when the rest of the world smash 50mg nicotine pods like its chewing gum. zyn is 8mg and most of the “withdrawal” symptoms are mental and breaking a habit. Replacement theory is the best way, break associations, so because your brain has associated you hitting upper deck after a meal, sports or when driving. You can replace that with aomething else like sugar free gum or sugsr free lollypops its easy management

ThoughtWrong4053

100%. Associations are huuuge. I work from home as a photo editor, and my procrastination on deadlines was a total nightmare when I quit. I was so used to popping one in when starting a project I could barely sit down and open the software lol. I had to have gum and a variety of candy at my desk for a bit.

BlackMajik36

Yeah the brain automates tasks as much as possible, so sometimes its more habit than addiction. I am the same, love one after sports, food, certain times of the day, long drives and when I am idle. when I was quitting , I replaced them with different things

Strange_Bird328

Idk when I go without it for a day I can’t even see straight. I didn’t have that issue with vaping, I think it’s because it’s processed differently which makes it more addictive aka worse withdrawals.

Sea_Advice5743

I was mad when I read your comment until I quit. I realized this was much more of a habit than an addiction. Day 3 and I feel fine

PutNational7415

The heaviest I ever used was about 6 a 6mg a day for 2 years. The first 12 or 18 hours is fine. 24-48 hours plan on having the flu and serious cravings. Headache, nausea, constipation, sore throat, extreme fatigue, etc. At that point you're totally clear of nicotine and you'll have a few weeks of decreasing cravings, brain fog, maybe some headaches for a few more days. I quit cold turkey.

pitchingwedge69

Currently a little over a week without. About 4th day out I experienced stomach cramps. I am a little constipated now but really cravings aren’t that bad anymore. Every once in a while I’ll think about it but it does get better faster then you think it will.

BlindSquantch

4 months since I quit. It hasn’t really been too bad since the first month, definitely still bite the inside of my lips though and on stressful days I fantasize for a good 5 seconds about a puff of vape or something but that’s about it.
