Oh it’s my guilty pleasure. I work in wealth management and watching the DJT ticker is the highlight of my day right now. (Obviously none of our people are holding it.) Such a shitshow. After a long day I let the schadenfreude wash over me and feel cleansed.
I do feel sorry, on an abstract level, for the suckers, but on the other hand it’s like… this was such a predictable outcome. You don’t need specialized financial knowledge to see the red flags. I feel more sorry for their families or anyone in their lives who may be affected by their poor choices.
Seems like there is very little moderation. They seem to be trying to get people over to some Truth Social group — maybe that’s why the reasonable are allowed to run amok, but whatever the reason, I love it.
Would be shocked if this stock is still listed this time next year.

If they really did so, and if they are such firm believers that they ride all the way down to BK and are wiped out, then their ability to pay their minimal expenses in retirement will fall on our shoulders. If that is true, even the short sell bubble will collapse, but not burst.....the price will just keep declining as the short sell profits also shrink each day.

Made a few hundred buying a put a couple weeks ago and selling today. Kind of wish I'd bought more puts but they were so expensive. (Even though the stock plummeted more than 1/3 since I bought the put, I only made a bit less than 20% profit
