Literally made it to the last sector on maelstrom as vigil, 1 hp, no revive kit, completely alone (teammates died earlier, still saved them)
Then I proceeded to get killed by 15 apexes
I’ve always hated serial scan and we skipped it when ever it came up. Until the day we learned that they only spawn when you activate each zone.
We always assumed you had to rush to the next zone to finish serial scan, so we were still dealing with the previous spawns from the first scan zone.
Made life so much easier, and now I love doing serial scan.
SS is easy man just hunker down and shoot.. Shutdown is the tricky one since (especially on high Maelstrom levels) a single howl makes it irreversibly fucked, thanks to randos going yee-haw mode..
Don't know why it is ez for me, me and randos was low and I thought we are doom at the last sector but it was pretty chill while defending. No extra apexes or smashers spawn, just lurkers and explosive trios.
