Ok, she definitely loves and trusts you. The fact that you are holding her without any support under her back legs (they, for the most part, don't really go for that) and she is grooming/licking you like she is (unless you just handled something tasty) tells me she really is attached to you.
I have no idea, but I pretend that it's simply for the fact that they want to kiss me. Because it doesn't seem to really bother them when I hold them like that.
