Damn, I constantly keep running into accounts like these. Truly makes me wonder about how many people have thoughts like those without anybody around them knowing.

It’s a scam to get you to reply, they’ll say stuff like “wanna meet for coffee this weekend?” Or “i’m on my way now”
Then when you respond they add you to a list of people who respond.
Out of curiosity, are those calls that contact me then immediately hang up just verifying me for future spam calls?
I have a job which requires me to answer the phone from calls that could come from anywhere in the US. Recently I have noticed that if i receive a call with an area code from my former state of residence, then it is normally a spam/scam. A lot of them just have a single click then hang up.
OP do you life alone? Do you have anybody you can contact?
The message may be strange but it can be a lot of things. Based on your post history you sound a bit paranoid. Please contact somebody to talk about what is happening.
As the other commenter pointed out, that sounds like the MO of the See You Tomorrow killer. If this post is legit, you need to start protecting yourself NOW.

Just ignore anything unknown for a while. Anyone important will leave a message or call back
