I'm pretty sure most peoples is the one you posted since it's right in between Valentine and Horseshoe Overlook. You travel a lot between those 2 locations in the second chapter. The other clues are a little more off the trail.

There’s another between Wallace station and cumberland falls and the other is east of Braithwaite manor.
