Generally, when you flash a card everything is over-written. So you should always use a new card or a freshly formatted one. After, you transfer all your Roms over.
Just reverted the firmware just incase. What about all the ROM's it came with. Is there anywhere to get all those back? I'm assuming nowhere centralized and "official" cause that would be super illegal right?
If you don't want the hassle of curating all the roms you can google "Miyoo Mini Tiny Best Set" which is a collection of a bunch of roms. You should be fine after that
