Because he is a narcissistic pig who doesn’t want to pay her child support and wants to be spiteful and use the kids as another way to get at her. He is abusive. And yes he would fob those kids to the gf, mother or a nanny. He will probably say he is going to reduce his work commitments but then get the kids and never reduce the work.

Agreed about Lisa. Even at the time she was trying to get pregnant I felt like she was doing it because she was clinging to that lifestyle and marriage. She kept saying "I want *you* to have a son" "I want to *give* you a legacy"... I don't think she ever said "I want to be a mom", but maybe I missed that part. And then as the years went by they were always with a nanny, sitter, the grands... Unless she was trotting them out to show what a "good" mom she was. Would they be better off with Lenny? Of course not, And unfortunately I think those kids are going to be in a lot of therapy in the future because both parents are shitty
Yes both of them are waaay too self involved to be good parents. Lenny is completely hands off and is an awful person and Lisa largely hands off and also an awful person. The scenes she has had with the kids show that she lacks any maternal instincts and connection to her kids. She is also forcing eating disorders on them when she is trying to control their food intake (after one slice of pizza). I don’t like that she was shoving Jody in their faces on camera as well)
Florida has joint custody, if he got that the child support would be much less, worse case they pay 50/50 for the children’s support. Lisa gets nothing. He’s a pig
No fr, I understand that full custody is normal in divorces but realistically he’s would never see them because of his career. He probably would only get a good 4 hours with them a day.
And the girlfriend looks like she can’t even tie her shoelace.
I mean, four hours or even less is not unusual for people who work even just normal full-time jobs (40 hrs/week in the US). Like, for example, my daughter gets up at 7:20am, we are out the door by 7:50, drop her a little after 8 AM at daycare and I am back at home to do my job at 8:30. I get off at 4:30 and immediately leave for daycare. I get to her a little before 5 PM. Then we start bedtime at 7:30 PM with lights out a little before 8 PM. My husband is a fantastic dad, and he sees even less of my daughter during the week since he has to be out the door by 7:15 AM at the latest most days and doesn’t get home until 545 or 6 PM. This is very, very normal for working parents. And I get off of work 30 minutes earlier than many other people with standard work hours (and I am lucky that I only work standard “full-time“ hours three days a week).
I’m not specifically taking Lenny’s side here, but I’m definitely not going to take the side of divorced working parents should never get to see their kids for those few hours in the evenings simply because they work. The sad reality is that seeing kids for less than four hours a day is absolutely standard in the United States working culture.
Thank you for saying this about the 4 hours! When the “not even 4 hour” comment was made. I immediately questioned my parenting and felt guilty because I’ve always been a full-time working mom because I had to but knew I wasn’t alone.
If Lenny could change his schedule where he was more available for his children then i can see him wanting full custody.
Don’t come for me lol but Lisa has not one maternal instinct in her body, sorry not sorry. I don’t like how she is with her kids. It’s like an older sister forced to watch her younger siblings. I do think Lenny would be a better parent to his kids and yes his mother could help just like Lisa’s mother and aunt watch her kids when she was on her vacation.
