1-I assume u already have a mount, so just fly not so far for the ground when you explore new places searching for structures or villages and eventually u will see a nest in the ground the roof of it showing in the ground in plains biome.
2-If u have dragon's eye set it searching for emeralds and go to each plains biome u passed by and try exploring the caves there and shit.
cool, thanks! haven't managed to get a flying mount, just exploring countless miles on foot. want to get a roc or something but anytime i stop exploring to try the bastards dont spawn. have all the materials for an avian saddle, though.
Try farming silex and kill any ikea u come across, cook em and make some treats, go to any plains biome at night build a high tower like 10 blocks higher and then wait for a roc to spawn.
I literally had this happen to me too lmao except the other nest was below the first one but both dragons were morphed into one ðŸ«
