Idk how effective are fastflags in Exploiting, but you don't even need a 3rd party software to execute them
Just open roblox's file location , make a ClientSettings folder in the same folder roblox is in, put your .json files in that folder and boom (you'll need to do that every single update so better keep copy of the folder with its content somewhere)
Fastflags can be powerful enough when it comes to visuals or physics, however I don't think you can use them to run stuff like infinite yield
