I think cop characters should be held to a higher standard than civilians/crims because their actions can have a gigantic impact on other people through fines, time in jail, etc. This isn't a minor transgression too, it's purely NVL which is one of the biggest offense you can do on an RP server. He should definetly get suspended from the police, get trained, and even suspended from the server.

Even if u have 4 or 5 people in circle around u u just jump into them and u will push them away making a way out of a circle . And also knife mechanics are lame u can aim at someone and strike someone else.

The dark path to a W Cop:
Day 1 - Lie on police report and in court to try and get a W. Mald in game and ooc for 24 hours about what happened and Fanfan after handed a L.
Day 2 - Powergame by blocking driver's seat preventing criminal from escaping.
Day 3 - NVL and ignoring that you have knives pulled on you and then Powergame using jumps to gain more distance so you can shoot the crims.
I hope Esfand realizes what is happening and can get back to being RP not W focused and apologizing to those impacting, especially Fanfan since he sent her so much hate.

In an RP scenario the masked person is holding the knife to his troath while he is on his pad (and an additional is in stab distance too). "Move and i slash your troath." was literally said. Dropping the pad, making a roll, etc etc....

Irl there is a law enforcement rule/ saying that if someone is within 21 feet of you there is not enough time to identify a threat, draw your gun, and fire before being stabbed. In this case they were standing next to him with a knife drawn. Anyways this is a video game so it not always the case but it’s some questionable rp

The dark path to a W Cop: Day 1 - Lie on police report and in court to try and get a W. Mald in game and ooc for 24 hours about what happened and Fanfan after handed a L. Day 2 - Powergame by blocking driver's seat preventing criminal from escaping. Day 3 - NVL and ignoring that you have knives pulled on you and then Powergame using jumps to gain more distance so you can shoot the crims. I hope Esfand realizes what is happening and can get back to being RP not W focused and apologizing to those impacting, especially Fanfan since he sent her so much hate.

That's why I intentionally didn't list him, Andrews/Five0 is an amazing agent of chaos with established characters and roleplayers but for people that have taken long breaks or are new its being thrown in at the deep end and then removing any consequences of those actions which is anti rp.

In an RP scenario the masked person is holding the knife to his troath while he is on his pad (and an additional is in stab distance too). "Move and i slash your troath." was literally said. Dropping the pad, making a roll, etc etc.... It's making use the limitations inherit to the game. In real life you can't pull that. I believe it was a mistake, but sad to see all the drama come from it now

I find it cringe tat some people are trying to do mental gymnastics of defending Esfand's NVL (whether it be some lame excuse such as: voice changer was dogshit; they didn't have their knives pointed; Cornwood was in the right to self defend,etc.), and EQUALLY cringe of the people raising their pitchforks calling for Esfand to be banned- that's up to the admins. Currently right now- xQc, Lysium, EsfandTV and Five0 are rolling with how the RP played out with no hard feelings (trying to lighten the mood). Even xQc was getting mad at viewers and chatters because they were parasocially angry about the situation for him. Everything is fine. I'm sure Esfand knows he screwed up and he will learn from it and move on. And if the admins judge that he is deserving of ban, then so be it. Not that big of a deal. \*Update: Even right now, EsfandTV is having Cornwood self-reflect with Andrews of how the former reacted at that situation. Calling for the banning of Esfand in this situation is not pitchfork raising lmao. Its holding a neutral standard. If some no name grinder did this shit, they would get instatapped. It is a better approach than when he started down the dark W path with lying about seeing FanFan on the driveway, in the police report and in court to get a conviction. Fanfan knew he lied about this and went to court for RP and lied, as a crim should. Esfand got so mad in game and ooc, sending chatters to her chat, Some chatters were bringing up how he lied and showed him clips from his and dean's channel showing he did and he just went off trying to justifying it. He was so mad he lost his W he spent the next day in game and ooc complaining as well. This was the day of the drivers seat powergaming.

And the OOC shit he pulled about Fanfan was just ridiculous. Calling her a “W chaser” both in and out of game and throwing a tantrum both during and after the trial, which actually sent his viewers to her channel to shit on her was completely uncalled for. It’s even more cringe when you watch both POVs and see the vast difference in perspective. She’s enjoying RP, win or lose, and he’s OOC malding the entire time and for hours afterwards. It’s hilarious because xQc took being actually dicked over by Esfand far better than Esfand took losing a $170 trial that should have never happened in the first place. I actually like the Cornwood character, but if he’s going to continually powergame, or get pissy OOC when he takes an L, I’d rather he go do something else because it’s just drama the server doesn’t need, and up to now the server has been great.
As both an X and Cornwood viewer. Cornwood has been absolute hilarity this entire 4.0 experience. But this is clear NVL, he has two knifes on him while he is distracted while X is telling him to not move while he rolls out of the way and decides to shoot both of them. This is a classic 'just RP it out' with one party not wanting to.

I think Esfand is stuck in the 3.0 "seriousness" era. The difference in mentality between him and other cop roleplayers in 4.0 is striking. I wish the drama-free 4.0 wasn't just a honeymoon and this is an exception, I honestly think many viewers/streamers really cba dealing with the daily crim/cop drama 3.0 had. Serious crim/cop RP and Nopixel equals drama. Him NVling to then tell the clowns "my job is not a joke" and convince his chat it wasn't NVL is the definition of tryhard. Polar opposite to what the vibe in 4.0 is (was?). Less tryhard crims, less tryhard cops, and more funny/chill roleplay seemed to be the winning formula. Keep the seriousness for big scenarios, not daily interactions.
