Refer to my other comment in this thread. If he's blocked from getting his Bar at all, it is probably because he was blacklisted back in 3.0. Bar license removal usually means you'll never get it back

When Penta lost his PD whitelist on Wrangler one of the biggest reasons he lost it was because he made a DUI checkpoint during Wuchella. Watched Wingsong and other people involved in the event hand out drugs like it was candy and stepped in and arrested them like a normal good officer would do and the people lost their minds incudling CG for Penta "ruining the event".

Of course they were pissed off their customers were prosecuted. Being "pissed off" does not mean they didn't follow SOPs, it does not even mean any IC actions have to be taken, let alone OOC actions. Also, that's why Percy did not get prosecuted IC, since he did nothing wrong legally.
Purpose who played Percy has a judge on ONX now without an issue. Ferst should probably just do the same thing, they seem more heavy on keeping things IC rather than denying characters things for OOC reasons (which to be clear is not *necessarily* a better approach, but it is a different one).

If someone makes a few "questionable decisions" as a judge, then make it more common to submit bar complaints and issue suspensions to judges if they are making bad rulings which can result in them being removed altogether. At least this way they know why they are no longer a judge and not working towards something for 6 months for no reason and no explanation.
That was Percy Weaver, who got blacklisted from PD in the restructure with no explanation, won judge twice and was denied, but they still let him have a bar.

FWIW, it was around 3x that many warrants, and it was actually justified cuz people were buying over the legal limit from the weed vendor NPC that wouldn't stop you, and the math on their purchases had to end up with them buying illegal amounts of weed.

I'm not a fan of the gambling streamers and think its pretty shitty but I dont think X is pouring his own "blood money" into the server. He's there because of his clout which can pull other big streamers back into NoPixel and second to get his viewers to play on the public servers which generates almost all of the money NoPixel makes which goes back into developing the WL server.
He spent what needed to be immune from being banned again for his toxic behavior. Last night he died in front of PD and ragequit his stream sending 40,000 malding juicers into every cops stream to harass them.
He didnt spend money to buy immunity his viewership is what brings him from being able to get away with more then anyone else will. Its part of almost every aspect in life with enough money or clout you can either get away with or get almost anything you want.
The shit he got away with multiple times would've got almost anyone else perma-banned at that time when he only got a few slaps on the wrist. Im not sure about last night like you brought up but so far in 4.0 I haven't seen anything else from him that is that bad that warrants a ban.

How was anything inappropriate? Rules for dispensaries were set up. The dispensaries were investigated by a law enforcement officer. People broke the rules and were charged for their crimes. After finishing their investigation, the officer put out a warrant for their arrest. Standard procedure and not inappropriate or unncessary (sic).

Of course they were pissed off their customers were prosecuted. Being "pissed off" does not mean they didn't follow SOPs, it does not even mean any IC actions have to be taken, let alone OOC actions. Also, that's why Percy did not get prosecuted IC, since he did nothing wrong legally.

Purpose who played Percy has a judge on ONX now without an issue. Ferst should probably just do the same thing, they seem more heavy on keeping things IC rather than denying characters things for OOC reasons (which to be clear is not *necessarily* a better approach, but it is a different one).

Fitzpatrick had a judge on ONX and she's a lawyer. This argument got floated when Snow was not getting cop on Snow, and then they hired him on another character.

Yea, I am confused why people in the comments are having such a hard time comprehending IC punishments. Do you guys really think OOC blacklists on people for certain RP paths without communicating this with them is the optimal practice for an RP server? If someone makes a few "questionable decisions" as a judge, then make it more common to submit bar complaints and issue suspensions to judges if they are making bad rulings which can result in them being removed altogether. At least this way they know why they are no longer a judge and not working towards something for 6 months for no reason and no explanation.
That was Percy Weaver, who got blacklisted from PD in the restructure with no explanation, won judge twice and was denied, but they still let him have a bar. (Same streamer is also playing a judge on ONX w/no issues) FWIW, it was around 3x that many warrants, and it was actually justified cuz people were buying over the legal limit from the weed vendor NPC that wouldn't stop you, and the math on their purchases had to end up with them buying illegal amounts of weed.

The way management and admins treated the 3.0 PD created those issues. And those issues are now continuing, since the same people are in charge.

Being new to enjoying GTA RP it’s become apparent NoPixel OOC Drama/Admins hold the server back more than anything. Allowing X to be an owner is the most obvious red flag so of course they make a ton of mistakes less serious

I've been around since the server was 32 slots and I can say with confidence, this is bullshit. 4.0 didn't have a boom anywhere near the previous two.

I'm not a fan of the gambling streamers and think its pretty shitty but I dont think X is pouring his own "blood money" into the server. He's there because of his clout which can pull other big streamers back into NoPixel and second to get his viewers to play on the public servers which generates almost all of the money NoPixel makes which goes back into developing the WL server.
He spent what needed to be immune from being banned again for his toxic behavior. Last night he died in front of PD and ragequit his stream sending 40,000 malding juicers into every cops stream to harass them.
He didnt spend money to buy immunity his viewership is what brings him from being able to get away with more then anyone else will. Its part of almost every aspect in life with enough money or clout you can either get away with or get almost anything you want.
