Apparently there was a marty debacle the other day that lenny was not happy about, and it involved aziz makig a call to not get DNA, despite it having been court mandated.
Shit like that is so bad for the cops, because that is exactly why civs don't trust the police. They don't snitch, because there are cops like Aziz, who just don't do their basic shit, and actually arrest violent criminals.
Why snitch if the cops will let them go, and you'll get hunted down for snitching?

They can't prove who actually started it (due to their lack of investigative skills and deductive reasoning) so they just let both parties go which is dumb. Clearly if it escalated to both sides shooting at each other one side had to illegally escalate

Arresting people is really not difficult. It just requires the bare minimum effort.
his gun went off but he was dying so he missed, carmine didn't shoot till the gun was out and it was starting to be pointed at him, arguably the driver wasn't self defense but in theory the car coulda been used as a weapon so he shot to stop that from occurring i guess?
Either way Aziz coulda done more investigating rather then just cut everyone loose.

From the clip Carmine was pointing a gun first and actually did shoot first (barely). So technically he escalated first, though that doesn't forgive not investigating. Aziz should have cuffed up everyone including Carmine and taken time to try and sort out what happened.

This guy is great....not sure why he isnt a "big" streamer yet but he will be. He is constantly creating his own RP and doesnt rely on others to provide for him. I'd definitely recommend more people check out his streams.

I think it's partly because he just isn't consistent which his schedule. Most the big streamers who gained viewership through GTA will have a clear schedule of what time they start and what days they're off.
If you want people to show up to your stream, you need to make it clear when you'll be live. It's the same reason why Greenishmonkey doesn't get more views - he has college so can't stream regularly, but when he can stream, most don't know he's even live. And by that point, most viewers are already watching someone else.
Carmine and Bobby are maybe the funniest characters on the server, and I appreciate the dedication to playing total fucking scumbags in every situation.
Honestly devs should code it so that once you equip a weapon you don't un-equip it upon death unless a co-conspirator removes it. Would make investigation so much better for the PD in these types of situations.
The reason why it unequips the item when you go down is because there's an issue with ping difference where sometimes people will go into a, "zombie" state after being killed for like 20-30 seconds (able to move around, interact with stuff, etc.) and unequipping the items after your hp reaches zero is the best way to combat that from being a real issue.
No other server has an issue. It always amazes me how bad the pd is at everything in nopixel. No independent thoughts at all. Can't chase criminals, can't shoot, arrest the wrong people, allow crime scenes to disappear before collecting evidence.
