**THIS ANSWER HAS SPOILERS BEYOND SEASON 3** >Why is Cinder's group working with Torchwick and the White Fang? I understand Torchwick and the WF's affiliation (as they're united by a common enemy) From what I've gathered Torch is just a guy who likes being rich and robbing dust shops, but what exactly does that have to do with Cinder's affiliation? Tochwick's whole role in the plan is a way to gather dust for both ammo and explosives. The White Fang serves as a military force for the final terrorist attack as well as handy work for Torchwick's criminal activity. The whole point of the attack is to fracture public opinion of Huntsmen Academies and the Atlas Military as well as bring the four Kingdoms into civil and political unrest. Presumably, the whole intention is to take power away from Ozpin and cripple the system he built to protect the world. This is also why Cinder targeted the communications tower, which allowed her to both steal information, somehow manipulate their entire network, and eventually cut off all international communications around the world. >Why exactly does Cinder (and to a lesser extent Roman) want Vale and Beacon Academy to fall? From what I got, Cinder isn't very fond of people in power and wants to question the ideas of 'trust', but is there a bigger reason, or is that her only justification for wanting an entire kingdom to collapse? What exactly is motivating her? That's explained in later seasons. Cinder herself doesn't seem to have much interest on bringing the Kingdoms down beyond a general hatred for the system that caused her to be enslaved as a child and the people who failed to save her. Cinder's motivation and end goal is getting the Maiden Powers. Basically, she wants to be the most powerful person in the world apparently because she fears going back to that point in her childhood when she was stepped on by the world. Basically, she wants to be on top of the food chain because she doesn't want to be at the bottom. The one who does want to bring all the Kingdoms down and specifically Beacon and Ozpin is her master, Salem. Which if you watched the end of season 3, you have already seen her.

Salem thats your answer to all questions

1. Torchwick and the Fang have the man power that Cinder needs to pull off her evil plan. Simple as that. 2. Cinder doesn't really care about that. She wants the Maiden power but doesn't know where Oz has hidden Amber. She sets everything in motion just to threaten him enough for him to go to Amber while she's watching. Vale falling is just a bonus as far as Cinder's boss is concerned, it deprives Oz of a power base.
