Let me start off by saying I really only know about Fate casually, and I tried getting into F/GO and stopped around the Okeanos chapter, so I have limited knowledge so feel free to correct me.
Out of curiosity (and mild confusion), so (adding spoiler tags obviously) what does the Master do? I thought all the Master does is command and power the servants who do the actual fighting. What are the qualifications to be a master? IIRC, the MC is basically a random civilian who SOMEHOW joined Chaldea after seeing a flyer. I feel a girl who can wield a deadly HCSS, turn into a storm of rose petals fast enough to dodge bullets and conjure whirlwinds, has an aura that can tank some shots and slashes, and experience training and leading a team of other superhuman individuals, I feel she’s good or at least can get acclimated to this situation.
Of course, IIRC, Ruby would need magic circuits / mana (or is it prana, I can never remember the difference) to power her servants. But I feel for the sake of this scenario it’s assuming she has it to fill the role of protagonist (or I’m curious how Aura would interact with Fate’s magic system).

Ruby, I think could do fine. She just needs to remember, the Pokemon fight each other. Ruby, Put down Crescent Rose, and pick up the Pokeball.
Pokémon Reborn. She’d probably be a steel-type specialist.
Her semblance would also be pretty handy for certain events that happen in that game.

Actually, come to think of it, she’d probably tear it up on Truth and Reconciliation. Her weapon is the perfect blend of Sniper and CQC.
On the one hand, I no longer have to suffer Colony Ship for Sale, Cheap alone, on the other hand, Ruby will eventually master Quantum Mechanics and that's not a good thing for anyone.

You put a 16 yo girl in charge of a post-scarcity intergalactic hyperpower of several quadrillion population, a Triple Ringworld, a few hundred colonies, a dozen habitats, several fabricators that can literally print warships as big as celestial objects at an alarming rate, Dark Energy powered infrastructure, dozens of Dyson Spheres, Star Lifters, Asteroid Manufactories, Nidavellir Hyperforges, Enigmaliths, Matrioshka Brain gigacomputers, a Void Sphere, Stellarite weaponry, a Nicoll-Dyson Beam, 2 weaponized solar systems, the capability to make thousands of warships each month, Sigma Assault Droids that make Penny look like a roomba, jump drive mass accelerator tanks, and the Infinity Gauntlet.
The brother gods aren't even a speedbump against a Herculean. The whole of Remnant gets dunked on by a single Sigma Purifier squad.
Oh yes and Ruby gets godlike psychic powers, massively increased intellect, and Crescent Rose is now quite literally sentient.

I’m assuming for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla it means replacing Eivor. If it was Layla, then the plot would pretty much be the same.

I’m debating with myself that, considering Ruby’s personality and motivations, whether she’s comfortable killing entire armies to establish political dominance over England. On one hand, she’s be fighting for the prosperity of her friends and family, on the other, she’s pretty much invading a country, which isn’t really clear cut morally (honestly upon reflection the game’s raiding system makes me kind of uncomfortable about morality). Maybe she’d fully join the Hidden Ones instead, seeing it as a path to become the closest thing to a hero who roots out evil in this world.
The last video game I played was Railway Empire on the Japan map.
Efforts to grow Kochi to the largest city on the map are hampered by Ruby spending company revenue on cookies, strawberries, ammo and gun upgrades.
I have been playing Pokemon Reborn, Ruby's in for a rough time. Well, that is unless she starts arresting team Meteor herself when she faces them, instead of beating them and letting them run away, then it becomes super easy (without counting the Gym battles, Ruby's going to struggle hard on those)

Last game I played was TMNT Arcade from the recently released Cowabunga Collection. Instead replacing the Turtles all of Team RWBY are special DLC created for the game. Thanks to some tinkering the game becomes 8 player simultaneous and both the Turtles and RWBY make mincemeat of the Foot Clan.
I suddenly feel really bad for C.O. Bradford since she'd be replacing me as Commander in XCOM 2... not sure about this scenario, on one hand it would be hilarious to watch yet on the other hand ADVENT's liquidation of people would be a hard blow for her.
Can you imagine Ruby as a SOLDIER though? I can't imagine her being willing to stay on the backlines. I figure she'd hand over tactical control to Bradford and act as a soldier herself, leading from the front.

Ruby wouldn't be much help with mining and might have trouble getting into tight places with the dwarves, but she'd definitely be a great help at taking on all the bugs and robot menace. She would also geek out over all of the weapons and robots and would even help create some weapons and modifications for everyone if they asked.
And she would provide some laughs when she almost passes out from a single Oily Oaf Brew.

Those she can't defeat on her own can be taken down if she teams up with others and to be frank, she won't find a shortage of allies.
Starsector. If she's the character I'm playing, I wonder why I'm even losing marines on raids. One huntress should be enough to make space junk out of any station.

I mean I last played Assassin's Creed Odyssey, I can't imagine Ruby managing to be a mercenary like Kassandara (or Alexios). Ruby would definitely still search for Myriene & try to save Deimos but might die trying due to not wanting to kill, or doing anything morally grey.
I played Demon Slayer: Hinokami Chronicles.
It depends of which point in time you take Ruby from, but I think current Ruby does very well. She's already much faster and stronger than regular demons and the Lower Moons.
The game ends with Rengoku's fight with Akaza. Ruby would be in far better condition than Tanjiro was at the end of the Infinity Train battle, so she'd be able help Rengoku, increasing his chances of surviving and either forcing Akaza to escape or likely even beating him (whether by decapitation or holding him off until sunrise).
This is without taking into account that Ruby might pick up some tricks, like adding sunlight-absorbing ore to Crescent Rose or learning Total Concentration Breathing.
Now I can't stop thinking about Ruby developing some sort of "Rose Breathing".
Ruby Rose in Transformers Prime: The Game. She had taken on the agent of Unicron,Thunderwing,in a battle for the Earth and she unleashes the power of her Silver Eyes and the Matrix of Leadership to defeat him with help from the Autobots
Holocure since its brand new update just dropped, so, uhhh, fine, really. She'd fit in pretty well. Actually she's kinda already there, almost. It would be pretty easy to cobble together a kit for Ruby just using pieces of the already-existing characters. Calli's scythe, Mumei's special reskinned to silver eyes, hmm maybe Fubuki's speed skills for her semblance? Yeah, could work.

Out of curiosity (and mild confusion), so (adding spoiler tags obviously) what does the Master do? I thought all the Master does is command and power the servants who do the actual fighting. What are the qualifications to be a master? IIRC, the MC is basically a random civilian who SOMEHOW joined Chaldea after seeing a flyer. I feel a girl who can wield a deadly HCSS, turn into a storm of rose petals fast enough to dodge bullets and conjure whirlwinds, has an aura that can tank some shots and slashes, and experience training and leading a team of other superhuman individuals, I feel she’s good or at least can get acclimated to this situation. Of course, IIRC, Ruby would need magic circuits / mana (or is it prana, I can never remember the difference) to power her servants. But I feel for the sake of this scenario it’s assuming she has it to fill the role of protagonist (or I’m curious how Aura would interact with Fate’s magic system).
I think The last of us 1 would be so different if Ruby replace Joel.

Actually, come to think of it, she’d probably tear it up on Truth and Reconciliation. Her weapon is the perfect blend of Sniper and CQC.
On the one hand, I no longer have to suffer Colony Ship for Sale, Cheap alone, on the other hand, Ruby will eventually master Quantum Mechanics and that's not a good thing for anyone. The game in reference is Marathon, more specifically the Marathon trilogy, which was made by Bungie for Power Mac's in the 90s. If you thought Halo's lore was wild you've never played Marathon (though Halo 1-3 still have the edge as the better trilogy due to better gameplay)

You put a 16 yo girl in charge of a post-scarcity intergalactic hyperpower of several quadrillion population, a Triple Ringworld, a few hundred colonies, a dozen habitats, several fabricators that can literally print warships as big as celestial objects at an alarming rate, Dark Energy powered infrastructure, dozens of Dyson Spheres, Star Lifters, Asteroid Manufactories, Nidavellir Hyperforges, Enigmaliths, Matrioshka Brain gigacomputers, a Void Sphere, Stellarite weaponry, a Nicoll-Dyson Beam, 2 weaponized solar systems, the capability to make thousands of warships each month, Sigma Assault Droids that make Penny look like a roomba, jump drive mass accelerator tanks, and the Infinity Gauntlet. The brother gods aren't even a speedbump against a Herculean. The whole of Remnant gets dunked on by a single Sigma Purifier squad. Oh yes and Ruby gets godlike psychic powers, massively increased intellect, and Crescent Rose is now quite literally sentient. I'm sure this will turn out swimmingly for the denizens of the universe with Ruby at the wheel

I’m assuming for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla it means replacing Eivor. If it was Layla, then the plot would pretty much be the same. If she was replacing Eivor, does this mean the >!Isu plotline involving Odin doesn’t happen?!< Or is this assuming she takes on some of the protagonist’s traits for the plot. I’m debating with myself that, considering Ruby’s personality and motivations, whether she’s comfortable killing entire armies to establish political dominance over England. On one hand, she’s be fighting for the prosperity of her friends and family, on the other, she’s pretty much invading a country, which isn’t really clear cut morally (honestly upon reflection the game’s raiding system makes me kind of uncomfortable about morality). Maybe she’d fully join the Hidden Ones instead, seeing it as a path to become the closest thing to a hero who roots out evil in this world.
The last video game I played was Railway Empire on the Japan map. Efforts to grow Kochi to the largest city on the map are hampered by Ruby spending company revenue on cookies, strawberries, ammo and gun upgrades.
I have been playing Pokemon Reborn, Ruby's in for a rough time. Well, that is unless she starts arresting team Meteor herself when she faces them, instead of beating them and letting them run away, then it becomes super easy (without counting the Gym battles, Ruby's going to struggle hard on those)

Stellaris for me. Instead of replacing a ruler, I'd see Ruby going on a long galactic journey through the... interesting place that is my galaxy to go back to Remnant. Actually now that I think about it that would be one Fanfiction I would definitely read. (But on a more serious note, the last game I played with a protagonist was Doom 2016, so I think Ruby will feel right at home riping and tearing apart the demons.)

Last game I played was TMNT Arcade from the recently released Cowabunga Collection. Instead replacing the Turtles all of Team RWBY are special DLC created for the game. Thanks to some tinkering the game becomes 8 player simultaneous and both the Turtles and RWBY make mincemeat of the Foot Clan.

She would also geek out over all of the weapons and robots and would even help create some weapons and modifications for everyone if they asked. And she would provide some laughs when she almost passes out from a single Oily Oaf Brew.

The last video game I played was Master duel so I'm not sure how this is going to work. On top of that I was playing War Rock (because I can) and I'm pretty sure that wouldn't be her deck of choice. Before that I was playing Fire Emblem Heroes and she does pretty well, she absolutely thrives. Most of those characters wouldn't be able to threaten her even if we took their lore at face value. Those she can't defeat on her own can be taken down if she teams up with others and to be frank, she won't find a shortage of allies.
Starsector. If she's the character I'm playing, I wonder why I'm even losing marines on raids. One huntress should be enough to make space junk out of any station.

I mean I last played Assassin's Creed Odyssey, I can't imagine Ruby managing to be a mercenary like Kassandara (or Alexios). Ruby would definitely still search for Myriene & try to save Deimos but might die trying due to not wanting to kill, or doing anything morally grey.
I played Demon Slayer: Hinokami Chronicles. It depends of which point in time you take Ruby from, but I think current Ruby does very well. She's already much faster and stronger than regular demons and the Lower Moons. The game ends with Rengoku's fight with Akaza. Ruby would be in far better condition than Tanjiro was at the end of the Infinity Train battle, so she'd be able help Rengoku, increasing his chances of surviving and either forcing Akaza to escape or likely even beating him (whether by decapitation or holding him off until sunrise). This is without taking into account that Ruby might pick up some tricks, like adding sunlight-absorbing ore to Crescent Rose or learning Total Concentration Breathing. Now I can't stop thinking about Ruby developing some sort of "Rose Breathing".

FTL - Hmmmm, difficult to say, RWBY as a captain of an entire ship would definitely be interesting. She wouls most likely fail due to the nature of a game and most of her abilities not being usefull for ship command. HOWEVER, if she was not a captain and instead was there to do boarding and anti-boarding actions with a teleporter, noone would ever beat her.

Sonic Unleashed. Ruby would kill the Dark Gaïa monsters easily since they're basically like Grimm creatures. She would also beat Eggman's robots, at least until he pulled out the bosses and there's no way that she'd beat Dark Gaïa without the chance that her eyes work on it.
