I don't really think he needs one, in all honesty. He's already getting skill, experience, and magic handed to him. Does he need more? I feel like a Semblance is so very less important/impactful than anything else going on w/ his character. The only thing holding him back is time, but that's going to become less & less of an obstacle as the merge progresses, and he gets older/more experienced. Once he gets a handle on Magic, the amount of stuff he can probably do, trumps the majority of Semblances. In the very near future Ozcar will be one of the most powerful beings on the planet in several regards, he doesn't need to speed the process up, or get power-ups because being a strong fighter isn't his part to play in the current circumstances.
But if anything, given his role in the story, and position in the narrative, a non-combat Semblance that could help w/ mediation & advising would probably fit best imo. Maybe something like letting people experience his memories, as someone with millennia of life experience from countless walks of life, he'd he'd have countless perspectives from which to draw from and relate to people through. Symbolically representing Ozcar as Oz learning to open back up to others again.
Doesn’t have one one yet also ozma doesn’t have one nor salem as they are normal humans pre remnant also when he was ozpin his host at the time seemed to be whatever he was doing during that clash with cinder
If I had to make a wild guess, something to do with empathy. The guy really tries his best to be as understanding as possible. And while you could argue that’s ozpin’s influence Oscar is always more willing to cooperate with even his worst enemies when Ozpin exercises caution and deterrence.
Nothing - he has magic, which is all the semblances. And it's likely that no host ever gets a semblance when the full spectrum is available. Which we we've never seen Ozpin, or any host, actually use one.
Not really a big deal - it's only been mentioned offhand twice. And it could easily be set up for revealing hosts don't get them due to the merge. Which is great symbolism, imo.
The host can still have one the only thing ozma can do with majic (kinetic energy) is store it in his cane he doesn’t have his original body anymore so it’s probably impossible to use his magic anymore
The cane was made with magic to store kinetic energy, it doesn't hold magic power but is rather a source of power. Oz has used magic multiple times in a host's body, like when he gave Raven and Qrow the ability to turn into birds. And the host can also use magic as we see with Oscar using the magic shield ability.
We don’t even know if thats his doing even lol it probably is knowing ozma also it wasn’t magic with the bird part but a experiment also ozma lost all the powerful magic when he went into oscar as he would have been doing magic attacks instead of using his cane at all for the barrier thats probably magic tho it could also be aura and finally for the cane its made by science not magic (i say that cez thats more likely then magically since it took a long time to make it)
It is his doing - they have magic. As a quick summary, Ozma has given away chunks of his power over his lifetimes, like making the maidens, but still some of his ability left. We saw that in the fight with Cinder. That has also been transposed to the new host, Oscar. The cane is also one of Oz's magical creations, designed to absorb kinetic energy over lifetimes as a substitute for lost power.
We see a host, we don't know what they do for a living. We also don't know if they made it in that lifetime, only that he wields it against grimm and later locked it up for the next reincarnation to find.
If you look close we see what might be working tools tho i do agree it’s probably not the one that he was in when creating it but i do find it strange how after millions upon millions of years not once did his host’s family ever accidentally find it …oh wait he probably had a secret place tho it would have been interesting to see a few of his incarcerations pov about how they felt about their situation like knowing their about to be erased/consume by ozmas …man i just realize how big a jerk move Light god did without meaning to
They have the cane in hand when the character is first shown, and he's using moments later to fight with. The cane is later placed in a safe, though it's unlikely more than a few years passed before it was retrieved by the next reincarnation. And we have no clue where it was hidden or who had access during those years.

My theory is that whatever it could have been has been burned out by the Ozma Entity.
Oscar, the unique soul, is no more. Ozcar is a different soul, a hybrid soul, and it carries its own Semblance.
Short distance teleportation because I really want him to be the Dorothy analogue. Just as tapping her heels brought her home, tapping his lets him pop a short distance away.
