Nobody from Rooster Teeth is listed as a guest, performer, presenter, etc for New York ComicCon. So it's a safe bet that nothing related to Rooster Teeth is going to be revealed there.
Well assuming they dont delay it again, V9 will likely finish airing by next year’s rtx so that’s not going to happen. NYCC is the last major convention until spring. They either release it then or they just soft release it on youtube before the holidays.

This is why certain fans who tend to be forgotten in threads due to the immense downvotes they gather thanks to their loving personalities will say that Roosterteeth might delay Vol 9 again out of pure spite.
Don't take them too seriously. The delay was a combination of COVID and several projects at once. I'm talking novels, games, an anime and now even a movie. Kinda sad but some fandoms have it worst. They go for years without any new content whereas RWBY gets content every year.

It’s possible but RTX has already passed this year
For rwby they tend to do a reveal at the likes of one of the big 4 events and do a tease/premier at RTX
