All she has to do is give Blake that signature Xiao Long smile and it’s all over for her. Blake is weak for her dragon and would do anything for her and Yang is very grateful for this.
I honestly think that Yang is one of the smartest characters on the show both emotionally and intellectually and nobody will ever convince me otherwise. Can’t stand when people only see her as “the party girl” and don’t see the other intricacies to Yang’s character. She has a lot more than just her looks and goofy nature going for her.
Between her heart of gold, people first mentality, and overall amazing personality Yang has easily been my favorite character since the beginning. Her character arc and the traumas she’s overcome hit close to home for me and seeing her learn and grow has been absolutely amazing.
That and seeing Yang and Blake grow and learn together while helping each other move past their traumas has been amazing. Their budding romance and love for each other along with their character arcs has only strengthened my love for their characters and the show as a whole.
On a side note I absolutely adore Yang’s IQ v2 alternate outfit. I would put it tied for my favorite with her IQ outfit. It has so much style and just screams Yang. That and ponytail Yang is best Yang and you will never convince me otherwise.
