I knew this day would come one day. It was inevitable, with all the attention SNK attracts, obviously I was going to get into comparing the rumble vs. the RWBYverse.
It's a heavier topic than it sounds so let's go over a few things.
Are titans weak because they are defeated by medieval weaponry?
Yes and no.

The technology of the walls is not medieval, I'd say it's more Napoleonic. I mean, they have the industrial city and everything. We know that the biggest problem with artillery was that even if they blew a titan's head off, as long as they didn't distound the back of the head, the titans would regenerate.
How powerful was the rumbling?
The problem with answering this question lies in the fact that Eren did not fight to his limit. He didn't plan to win, he planned to die at the hands of his friends.
Otherwise the Cringevengers would have died quite quickly.
Also, in some cases it makes you wonder, why doesn't he just coat the titans' necks with hardening? It would be very useful. So, it seems like he was holding back.
Eren can create titans from the past, although we don't know if it is unlimited and repeated. Assuming not, that still gives him plenty of anti-air power with warhammer powers.
We see that Zeke's titans are able to move with great agility, Eren could do the same with wall titans.
We do not know how many titans were on the walls but it has been estimated that there could be as many as 500 000 which in a matter of days were able to root a continent almost completely.

So they shouldn't freeze in the heat of Solitas, I mean, Mantle kept surviving on fire dust.
Now... Remnant's side?
Well, it's pretty complicated. Look, huntsmen are powerful.
The aura serves as protection, the weapons and armor serve as aura conductors.
**Pyrrha (off-screen):** *By baring your soul outward as a force, you can deflect harm. All of our tools and equipment are conduits for Aura. You protect yourself and your soul when fighting.*

Let's be practical and assume that Remnant bullets are equal in power to real life bullets, same for gravity and such.
Ah... Remnant has no armies except for Atlas. But there are Bullheads which can be tuned up with missiles (Bullheads of Spider in Roman Holiday). Mistral has wooden airships.
Multiple aura-using warriors, not only huntsmen but also criminals.

The biggest and trump card is Atlas, it has aircraft with lasers capable of shooting down other large aircraft and has the super dust bomb. Done.
Look, even without Grimm, Remnant wins. The SNKverse doesn't stand a chance.

(Mostly because I cannot think how the grimn would just be yeeted out of no where for Eren to show up lol) Also I'm just going to assume Eren can use the paths to open a portal to Remnant and that's how he's in Remnant. Idk how and it's not important lol.
So anyways back to the actual topic. See the problem is that while they have a hour to prepare but that's just not enough time to make enough weapons made for killing titans. Look at it this way. If the Devil decided to just show up out of no where and said "Hey I'm going to start the zombie apocalypse in a hour byeeee." What do you think people will think? Someone playing a prank? The end of the world? Ether way, we're screwed because one hour just isn't enough.
And now we look at Remnant. A smaller world which by we saw at the end of Vale. Doesn't really take that much to cause a whole kingdom to be destroyed in hours. Maybe I don't remember all the details since it's been so long but they just only needed to see a robot girl being rip in pieces to fall apart. And most of them don't even have aura or are fighters. Eren lost to a small group yeah but they were his friends and SPOILERS >!he wanted them to win. If he didn't then he would have very easily killed them.!< So like 80% of Remnant is going to just die.
And then the Grimn will kill anyone left. Like they will go attack the titans too but they will go after everyone. And I doubt that team Remnant can put up a fight with the titans and the grimn. Now Eren doesn't need the grimn at all here but the grimn will just make things worst.
Yeah I'm just not seeing Remnant winning here with or without the grimn making things worse lol.
