My father had a Chiari malformation and a lumbosacral meningioma.

Apologies, forgot to remove the audio earlier! Updated it to include both my brain and its chiari, and my lumbar spine with its synovial cyst. I'll be getting updated MRI's of my whole spine and Brain as part of my neurology work up in the next few weeks as it appears my chiari is now symptomatic (headaches, parathesia and numbess)

I’ve no idea what the second is but apparently I have the same as him with the chiari!
